“Servicio muy amable, en recepción, comedores, eventos. Todo el personal al menos bilingüe en inglés, muy dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Buen bar, con cocktails creados por el barman Tommasso, hay hasta pisco sour a la romana. Excelente ubicacióna 10 min a pie de Piazza di Spagna, metro a 3 cuadras aunque ahora está cerrado por reparaciones. Buenos restaurantes y hoteles cerca. Muy recomendable”

“Great location and amenities. Hotel staff could be more knowledgeable about the bars/ restaurants in the area, especially any open/ closed ones due to the pandemic. Suggest you try the rooftop bar at Hotel Eden.Also, breakfast was very confusing and initially got overcharged, but that got swiftly resolved.”
