We booked this hotel in July (before it opened at the beginning of August) and reading the somewhat mixed reviews before we arrived I was uncertain of what it would be like. However, based on our experience, the reviews are not reflective of the excellence of this hotel. From the second we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by the staff (with a glass of cava), and nothing was too much trouble. Throughout our stay we were always greeted when coming and going and anything we asked reception for was sorted quickly. The rooms are luxurious - with all the small touches (robes, chocolate, free bottled water, rituals products for bathroom), beds and sheets are very comfortable and the terrace was great to watch the sunset from every evening. We didn’t get breakfast so can’t comment on that but there are 3 nice bakeries and a Carrefour supermarket just across the road from the hotel so we found this a good option. The roof terrace is nice for a pre-dinner drink (but admittedly UK prices), with amazing views of the city (which we were too busy exploring to need the sun loungers) but we always found there was plenty of seating available when we went up. The location is very close to the station so very easy to get to and from the airport and is also walking distance into the old town of Malaga. We had a lovely stay and I’d definitely recommend for those wanting to visit!

A suíte croma é muito boa. Espaçoso e com dois terraços. O banheiro é ótimo com uma banheira fantástica, um chuveiro separado e uma pia grande. O único contra é a vista, pois é um segundo andar. Muito bem decorado, eu diria entre vintage e colonial. Café da manhã muito bom também.

The croma suite is really nice. Spacious and with two terraces. The washroom is great with a fantastic bathtub, a separated shower and a big sink. The only con if something it’s the view as it’s a second floor. Very nicely decorated, I would say between vintage and colonial. Breakfast very good as well.

Um belo terraço, você pode ver Málaga em 360 graus, é um espetáculo. Tem vários quartos, é muito bom. A equipe é muito profissional e agradável. O preço me parece excessivo. Você pode visitar e tomar uma bebida mesmo se não estiver hospedado lá

O hotel é espetacular, tanto os quartos quanto os quartos, e a equipe é muito simpática e muito atenciosa. O terraço no nono andar tem excelentes vistas de Málaga, um solário com espreguiçadeiras e um bar-restaurante. O café da manhã é muito bom, com bastante variedade. O único mas que encontramos foi a limpeza: no primeiro dia eles não fizeram o banheiro para nós, no segundo fizeram, mas esqueceram de deixar duas toalhas, que tivemos que pedir na recepção, além de não sair a porta do quarto fechado, e no último dia não colocaram todos os travesseiros e os deixaram sobre a mesa. Caso contrário, excelente.

Una terraza preciosa, se puede ver Málaga en 360 grados, es todo un espectáculo. Tiene varias estancias, es muy agradable. El personal es muy profesional y agradable. El precio me parece excesivo. Se puede visitar y toma algo aunque no estes allí alojado

El hotel es espectacular, tanto las habitaciones como las estancias, y el personal es amabilísimo y muy atento. La terraza de la novena planta tiene unas vistas geniales de Málaga, un solarium con tumbonas y bar-restaurante. El desayuno está muy bien, con mucha variedad. El único pero que le hemos encontrado ha sido la limpieza: el primer día no nos hicieron el baño, el segundo sí lo hicieron, pero se les olvidó dejar dos toallas, que tuvimosque pedir a recepción, además de no dejar la puerta de la habitación cerrada, y el último día no colocaron todas las almohadas y las dejaron encima de la mesa. Por lo demás, excelente.

Lindo hotel novo e bem decorado. Muito centralmente localizado. Da nossa varanda no 8º andar tínhamos uma vista magnífica sobre a cidade, incluindo a catedral e a Alcazaba. Equipe amigável. Especialmente no bar do lobby do hotel. O buffet de café-da-manhã foi delicioso e desde um bom começo de dia. Nós definitivamente voltaremos aqui!

Fizemos uma experiência muito boa. Foi sempre limpo e os funcionários simpáticos e profissionais. A cama é confortável, buffet de café da manhã rico e varia muito. A localização é conveniente, pois fica perto da estação de metrô e a apenas 2 minutos a pé da cidade. Há também um supermercado em frente ao hotel. Recomendamos muito ir para lá.

Hotel nuevo con una decoración increíble, ubicación estupenda y personal muy amable. Las habitaciones amplias,muy cómodas y con una pequeña terraza muy bonita. Disponen de aparcamiento y de una terraza superior con piscina, con unas vistas estupendas de Malaga. Sin duda un hotel para repetir.

Hemos querido ir con nuestra perrita para tomar algo en la terraza y no nos han dejado. Una ciudad Pet Friendly y un hotel moderno debería actuar acorde con los tiempos. Venimos de UK y comprobamos cuán atrasados estamos...allí los peludos comparten con su familia trenes, restaurantes, tiendas, hoteles y todo sin ningún problema obviamente. Ustedes dinero y clientes que pierden. Humanos borrachos y sucios seguro que entran

Lovely brand new hotel with spacious beautiful rooms and wonderful terrace. Our family stayed for 5 nights in two separate rooms, one superior and one deluxe. The deluxe had 2 balconies and nice relax area with a sofa. Very comfortable beds, quiet rooms withlovely interior details with light wood and earthy colours. Perfect location in the outskirts of the historical center and 10 min walk to the marina. Malagueta beach 15-20 min walk. If you want to lay by the pool all day, this is not the hotel for you. The terrace is marvellos but NOT intended for a sunburn chasing clientel. It has a plunge pool for cooling off, 65 cm deep, so not for swimming or letting your kids play for hours in. But the views are stunnig and sitting in the breeze reading or relaxing for a few hours is just perfect. We used the gym/ fitness room daily and it is small but would be easily improved with a pullup bar and TRX equipment. Breakfast was rich in options and the staff attentive. The only thing stoppingme from giving the hotel 5 stars was the cleaning that did not quite meet our expectiations with insufficient vaccuming both of the hallway carpet and in the rooms that became increasingly dusty during our stay. The balcony furniture was not wiped off and the trash not taken out. The check in procedure was slow and could get more customer friendly. But over all a lovely place to stay and we would book it again if returning to Malaga.

We made a really good experience. It was always clean and the staff friendly and professional. The bed is comfortable, breakfast buffet rich and varies a lot. The location is convenient since its near to the metro station and only 2 minutes walking to the city. There is also a supermarket in front of the hotel. We would highly recommend to go there.

Excelente experiência! Ficamos particularmente satisfeitos com este novo hotel, estrategicamente localizado no centro de Málaga. Há coisas que podem ser melhoradas, mas dado que o hotel foi inaugurado recentemente (apenas uma semana), apesar de tudo tem muitos pontos fortes: terraço de 360 graus com piscina, bar, restaurante, buffet de pequeno-almoço amplo, lobby elegante e funcionários. Cada quarto tem uma pequena varanda e tivemos uma com vista para a catedral, vista maravilhosa! Repetir

O hotel é lindo, mas a comunicação entre os funcionários é muito ruim, o que infelizmente significa que o serviço deixa a desejar. Quando liguei para a recepção para pedir um ferro ou café, sempre demorava muito (pelo menos uma hora). Então, quando eu desci para pegá-lo, eles disseram que não havia nada lá embaixo e que seria trazido. Isso só aumentou o tempo de espera. Quanto à piscina, os hóspedes do hotel colocam as toalhas nos berços e, por vezes, saem por longos períodos de tempo, mantendo assim os berços ocupados. Não consegui usar a piscina uma vez e, se denunciar isso à equipe, infelizmente não sou ajudado. Na última manhã ficamos sem água, pode acontecer. Queríamos sair às 8 horas, mas demoramos por causa disso. O hotel então percebe que temos que sair em 10 minutos porque senão nos custará 25 euros em estacionamento… Todos em todos: o hotel é muito bom, mas o serviço infelizmente não. A equipe é muito simpática, mas certamente não atenta. Estamos em Málaga mensalmente, mas infelizmente este hotel não vale a pena repetir.Ainda o meu maior apreço pela equipe do bar. Sarah e um simpático cavalheiro da França, foi um prazer conhecê-los! Eles foram muito úteis.

Embora um hotel novo, o banheiro estava imundo com muita sujeira e cabelo no chuveiro e no chão. Limpeza e higiene devem ser padrão nos dias de hoje e, infelizmente, a quantidade de sujeira e cabelo no quarto é inaceitável. Enquanto a cobertura está bem montada com uma bela piscina de imersão, o espaço para banhos de sol é extremamente limitado com exatamente 8 espreguiçadeiras pelas quais os moradores estão lutando, a ponto de haver uma discussão enorme sobre uma espreguiçadeira.

Esta terraza del centro de Málaga ofrece una perspectiva de la ciudad completamente distinta. Hotel diseñado por el estudio de Moneo, no exento de polémica arquitectónica, las vistas que ofrecen de Málaga en 360 son increíbles. La terraza de copas se encuentra en la novena planta y comparte espacio con piscina y restaurante. Precios del estilo del AC Marriott Malaga Palacio, con un precio medio de 11-14€ por copa, lo que se encuentra por encima de la media del resto de terrazas de Málaga. Aún así, junto con las vistas, el servicio es bastante profesional y no hay sensación de agobio entre las mesas

El hotel es cierto que es nuevo pero está al lado de un río sucio, seco y maloliente, las vistas desde la habitación son horrorosas. Lo único bonito la terraza pero se puede ir sin necesidad de estar alojado.

Personal sonriente, amable y servicial. Limpieza de habitaciones excelente, impolutas, se cuida hasta el más mínimo detalle. Gran insonorización de las habitaciones, desconexión absoluta. Mi más sincera enhorabuena a todo el equipo y les deseo lo mejor de cara al futuro. Ubicación espectacular a 5 minutos caminando de Calle Larios, 10 minutos de Muelle Uno y con genial conexión con Renfe y Cercanías. ¡De 10!

I would highly recommend this brand new beautifully designed hotel simply on a basis, that I have had the most memorable time there and enjoyed every minute of my very special stay. On a less personal level, I was absolutely stunned by the fantastic views from the trendy terrace, especially at night, notably, the great display of the Malaga Cathedral, which actually has become a fantastic feature of this establishment, as it can be admired not only from the roof terrace, but also from the upper floor luxury rooms. The service at the hotel is impeccable and the warm greeting of the stuff throughout the day makes you feel completely at home. Should I mention the actual rooms? Lush, spacious and cosy, with really comfortable beds, well equipped with everything, that you might need, including capsule coffee machines, which look top of the range, although I am a convinced tea drinker myself, I was still happy with the complementary chocolates supplied. The mini bar has got a great selection of little treats too! The bathrooms are plain and elegant, conveniently providing overnight washbags, aromatic Rituals soaps and lotions, fluffy dressing gowns and slippers... large private terraces are delightful with an unforgettable view of the city. Well, I suggest you choose to stay at H10 Chroma next time you come to Malaga - hopefully you will enjoy it just as much, as I did!

Located on the edge of the old town next to a dry river. Not the prettiest location. Since the hotel is new, it feels new, but that’s about it. Roof terrace is busy and almost impossible to find a free space. Poor food in the roof terrace: I tried the burger which looked good, but the taste was awful, worse than pub food. The chips that came with it is from a huge ready-to-eat bag, so nothing gourmet here. Poor service: The staff are delirious and incompetent and are unable to handle basic tasks resulting in inconvenience and waste of time.

Although a brand new hotel, bathroom was filthy with lots of dirt and hair in the shower and on the floor. Cleanliness and hygiene should come standard in this day and age, and unfortunately the amount of dirt and hair in the room is unacceptable. While the roof top is well put together with a nice plunge pool, the space for sunbathing is extremely limited with exactly 8 loungers that residents are fighting for, to the point there was a massive argument over a lounger.
