“Great customer service and really clean rooms. Chiara, Giulia and the rest of the staff were amazing and always helpful. Great location on the Grand Canal with a view of the Rialto. Short walking distance from San Marco and ferry stop if needed. Highly recommend.”

“Pleasantly surprised with the location! Took the Orange line water taxi from airport to Rialto, (1 hr total including 10 min walk to airport dock) then about five min walk to hotel with gondolas and rows of restaurants few steps away. Very nice check in experience with welcome drinks. Clean room with great amenities. High ceilings makes it feel so roomy. Loud and lively outside, but the soundproof windows worked like magic. Super efficient housekeeping. Got breakfast room service within 15 min! Just be aware of 10€ service fee. Overall very happy we chose this hotel for our first Venice trip. I will come back to this location - highly suggested.”
