MaryAnn went above and beyond to help make sure we had everything we needed.After spending the day driving we needed a place to crash, looking at all the hotel reviews in Darien did not give me much hope or optimism for what we'd find.The rooms were clean if outdated, the beds were comfortable and clean. They had a small fitness center while not the most modern had everything we could have asked for at a reasonable price.Breakfast was lovely and not just cold items. They had sausages, eggs & South West Omelettes, waffle machines, cereal, yogurt, toast, juice, coffee... We left well rested, and well fed.Our bathtub plug didn't work, but otherwise everything was exceptional. É o que é, este é um hotel cinco estrelas? não. A equipe fez de tudo para tornar a nossa estadia confortável? Sim. The person at the front desk was pleasant and had our Diamond member welcome bag ready, but that was the only good part of the hotel.Our room was dirty and in need of updating. We will not return. This place was clean, spacious, had perfectly hit water for a long soak, and the breakfast was all you care to eat with juice, sausage, eggs, little southwest omelettes, cereal, muffins, yogurt, and more. The staff were also great, especially the lady at the front desk, Mary Anne, who made sure we had a great stay. Este lugar era limpo, espaçoso, tinha água perfeita para um longo banho, e o café da manhã era tudo o que você gostaria de comer com suco, linguiça, ovos, pequenas omeletes do sudoeste, cereais, muffins, iogurte e muito mais. A equipe também foi ótima, especialmente a senhora da recepção, Mary Anne, que garantiu que tivéssemos uma ótima estadia.

The front desk person and the breakfast prep person were very friendly and kind. We were disappointed with the hotel kind of half renovated and sloppily. Being pet friendly is good since we have a dog but the carpet in pet accommodating rooms isn’t sanitary. The carpet smelled. I wore a new pair of white slipper socks and they became dirty. I felt the floors weren’t clean but the rest of the room was clean. The $50. Fee for a dog is steep. To pay over $180. I would expect better in the appearance and cleanliness where pets are welcome. It was a quiet room and the bed was comfortable. A pessoa da recepção e a pessoa que preparava o café da manhã eram muito simpáticas e gentis. Ficamos desapontados com o tipo de hotel meio reformado e desleixado. Ser pet friendly é bom, pois temos um cachorro, mas o carpete nos quartos que acomodam animais de estimação não é higiênico. O tapete cheirava. Eu usava um novo par de meias brancas e elas ficaram sujas. Senti que o chão não estava limpo, mas o resto do quarto estava limpo. Os $ 50. Taxa para um cão é íngreme. Para pagar mais de US $ 180. Eu esperaria melhor na aparência e limpeza onde os animais de estimação são bem-vindos. Era um quarto silencioso e a cama era confortável.

Nos decepcionó el tipo de hotel medio renovado y descuidado. Ser apto para mascotas es bueno ya que tenemos un perro, pero la alfombra en las habitaciones para mascotas no es higiénica. La alfombra olía. Me puse un par de calcetines blancos nuevos y se ensuciaron. Sentí que los pisos no estaban limpios, pero el resto de la habitación estaba limpio. Los $50. Best hotel and service mr Charlie greeted memy childrenand officer with most respect. He was very welcoming. I had got into very bad accident where my car might be total Charlie along with officer tiger towing truck guy put my things in the room which my son who is in Hawaii away deploy. Everyone new what team work was about. I was taken to hospital where I was stranded. Now saving the best for last, I called hotel and then I met my savior he was amazing compassionate Manager Mr. Chuck he offered to pick up me and my children from hospital which he did. mr. chuck heard me out we talk as we new each other for years. Drove us to hotel catered to any need I had without asking for nothing in return. Approved of my 3 different pets to stay in hotel with me. Trusted my word that they would not destroy room. These folks all new true meaning of teamwork hospitality. I would love to stay there again. Rooms was awesome. Everything new. Service was amazing! Melhor hotel e serviço Sr. Charlie cumprimentou-me meus filhos e oficial com o maior respeito. Ele foi muito acolhedor. Eu tinha entrado em um acidente muito ruim, onde meu carro pode ser total. Charlie, juntamente com o oficial do caminhão de reboque, colocou minhas coisas no quarto que meu filho, que está no Havaí, implantou. Todos sabiam sobre o que era o trabalho em equipe. Fui levado para o hospital onde fiquei preso. Agora, guardando o melhor para o final, liguei para o hotel e então conheci meu salvador, ele era um gerente incrível e compassivo, o Sr. Chuck, ele se ofereceu para pegar eu e meus filhos no hospital, o que ele fez. Senhor. Chuck me ouviu falar enquanto nos conhecemos há anos. Nos levou para o hotel, atendendo a qualquer necessidade que eu tivesse sem pedir nada em troca. Aprovado meus 3 animais de estimação diferentes para ficar no hotel comigo. Confiei na minha palavra de que eles não iriam destruir o quarto. Essas pessoas todo novo significado verdadeiro da hospitalidade do trabalho em equipe. Eu adoraria ficar lá novamente. Os quartos eram incríveis. Tudo novo. O serviço foi incrível!

El mejor hotel y servicio, el Sr. Charlie me saludó a mis hijos y al oficial con el mayor respeto. Fue muy acogedor. Tuve un accidente muy grave en el que mi automóvil podría ser total. Charlie junto con el oficial tigre, el tipo de la grúa, pusieron mis cosas en la habitación que mi hijo, que está en Hawai, desplegó. Todos sabían de qué se trataba el trabajo en equipo. Me llevaron al hospital donde quedé varado. Ahora, dejando lo mejor para el final, llamé al hotel y luego conocí a mi salvador, fue un gerente increíble y compasivo, el Sr. Chuck, se ofreció a recogernos a mí y a mis hijos en el hospital, lo cual hizo. Sres. Chuck me escuchó, hablamos mientras nos conocíamos desde hace años. Nos llevó al hotel para satisfacer cualquier necesidad que tuviera sin pedir nada a cambio. Aprobado que mis 3 mascotas diferentes se queden en el hotel conmigo. Confiaba en mi palabra de que no destruirían la habitación. Estas personas tienen un nuevo significado verdadero de la hospitalidad del trabajo en equipo. Me encantaría quedarme allí de nuevo. Las habitaciones eran increíbles. This comfort inn is a model for what the brand represents. The room/bathroom were very clean and attractive. The location is convenient, right off 95 with location to food and gas, perfect for people stopping through. The prices is perfectly priced, not too expensive or cheap to be suspicious. Lastly, it was quiet all night with plenty of parking. Este Comfort Inn es un modelo de lo que representa la marca. La habitación y el baño estaban muy limpios y atractivos. La ubicación es conveniente, justo a la salida de la 95 con ubicación para comida y gasolina, perfecta para las personas que se detienen. Los precios tienen un precio perfecto, no demasiado caro o barato para sospechar. Por último, estuvo tranquilo toda la noche con mucho espacio para aparcar.

A localização é conveniente, logo na saída 95 com localização para alimentação e gás, perfeito para pessoas que passam. Os preços são perfeitamente razoáveis, não muito caros ou baratos para suspeitar. Por último, foi tranquilo a noite toda com muito estacionamento.

Rip off! When we called and made the reservation we asked about the pet policy and we’re told there was a $50 refundable deposit for our 2 dogs. When we checked out our bill was $100 higher than the agreed amount. The manager said the charge was $50 for each dog and was non refundable! She refused to believe what we were told on the phone. After much discussion, she agreed to drop $50 off the bill. We still ended up paying $50 extra for our room and although the room seemed clean, carpet would not be my first choice for a pet friendly room. Also the AC did not cool the room for the first 3 hours. ¡Arrancar! Cuando llamamos e hicimos la reserva, preguntamos sobre la política de mascotas y nos dijeron que había un depósito reembolsable de $ 50 para nuestros 2 perros. Cuando hicimos el check out, nuestra factura era de $ 100 más alta que la cantidad acordada. ¡El gerente dijo que el cargo era de $ 50 por cada perro y no era reembolsable! Se negó a creer lo que nos dijeron por teléfono. Después de mucha discusión, accedió a dejar $50 de descuento en la factura. Todavía terminamos pagando $ 50 extra por nuestra habitación y, aunque la habitación parecía limpia, la alfombra no sería mi primera opción para una habitación que admite mascotas. Además, el aire acondicionado no enfrió la habitación durante las primeras 3 horas.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! There was a poisonous water moccasin in the pool with my kids. Luckily another guest saw it before we did and removed it. The hotel took NO accountability! The manager Kimberly, was rude to my wife several times. They refused to anything to make it right. My wife had to call SEVERAL times to talk to the manager. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! ¡NO TE QUEDES AQUÍ! Había un mocasín de agua venenosa en la piscina con mis hijos. Afortunadamente, otro invitado lo vio antes que nosotros y lo eliminó. ¡El hotel NO se hizo responsable! La gerente Kimberly fue grosera con mi esposa varias veces. Se negaron a cualquier cosa para hacer lo correcto. Mi esposa tuvo que llamar VARIAS veces para hablar con el gerente. ¡¡¡NO TE QUEDES AQUÍ!!!

Also the AC did not cool the room for the first 3 hours. Enganar! Quando ligamos e fizemos a reserva, perguntamos sobre a política de animais de estimação e nos disseram que havia um depósito reembolsável de US $ 50 para nossos 2 cães. Quando saímos, nossa conta era $ 100 maior do que o valor acordado. O gerente disse que a taxa era de US$ 50 para cada cão e não era reembolsável! Ela se recusou a acreditar no que nos disseram no telefone. Depois de muita discussão, ela concordou em pagar US$ 50 da conta. Nós ainda acabamos pagando $ 50 extra para o nosso quarto e, embora o quarto parecia limpo, tapete não seria a minha primeira escolha para um quarto que aceita animais de estimação. Além disso, o AC não resfriou o quarto nas primeiras 3 horas.

Wonderful service, clean rooms, and an American Breakfast.The host at the front desk was amazing.Fixed our booking problem, reassured my elderly family members of the process, and was kind, helpful, and understanding. Serviço maravilhoso, quartos limpos e um pequeno-almoço americano. O anfitrião na recepção foi incrível. Great location right off the interstate. Friendly staff upon my arrival. Clean room with fresh clean towels & linens. Didn't use the pool , but it seemed clean as far as I can see. Well working Ice & Vending machines. Free WIFI! Excelente ubicación justo a la salida de la interestatal. Personal amable a mi llegada. Habitación limpia con toallas y sábanas limpias y frescas. The front desk staff was very friendly and nice.We had a late arrival and they were very accommodating after an extremely long drive.The check-in process was quick and efficient.The cleaning staff provided all the needed items and cleaned the rooms decently.The only complaint I have is about the pool.The walls and tiles were coming apart, so the pool had concrete on the floor of the pool.It was also a bit dirty.We took the pool skimmer and removed a lot of bugs and floating debris from the pool before we got in to swim.I gave it three stars instead of five b/c of the pool and the room was not completely cleaned when we checked in, but it was so late we didn't complain about it. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y agradable. Llegamos tarde y fueron muy serviciales después de un viaje extremadamente largo. El proceso de registro fue rápido y eficiente. O quarto também tinha apenas uma lixeira com nenhum no banheiro. Não é grande coisa, mas deveria ter 2 lixeiras. Por fim, o café da manhã que deveria ser um café da manhã quente e pelas fotos incluiria bolos, uma máquina de waffles e algo não revelado em um prato quente. Chandler went above and beyond at 3 o’clock in the morning to make sure that we were not only safe but comfortable he came around the side of the building and held the door for all four of us with our luggage to be able to get in and get some rest I can’t say enough good things about his hospitality he made this place AMAZING! The manager the next morning hunted me down and brought me my albuterol inhaler for my asthma. and the breakfast was really good and everyone was just so kind I can’t say enough good things about this place! This hotel was at the halfway mark of our journey and we were very pleased to rest overnight right off of I95 before heading out again. Our room smelled musty or damp, but we got in so late that we didn't report it or ask for a different room. It was on the ground floor, facing the parking lot - maybe rain damage over time. The people were great and the room was clean except for the smell. The beds were a bit worn, but sleeping on the opposite side that most people would use resolved that.We would probably stay there again, but we would ask to be moved if we had the same issue again. Este hotel estava a meio caminho de nossa jornada e ficamos muito satisfeitos em descansar durante a noite à direita da I95 antes de sair novamente. Nosso quarto cheirava a mofo ou úmido, mas chegamos tão tarde que não relatamos ou pedimos um quarto diferente. Ficava no andar térreo, de frente para o estacionamento - talvez danos causados pela chuva ao longo do tempo. As pessoas eram ótimas e o quarto estava limpo, exceto pelo cheiro. As camas estavam um pouco gastas, mas dormir no lado oposto ao que a maioria das pessoas usaria resolvia isso. This is your typical Hampton, aged but updated. Comfortable room, quiet. Breakfast was a little disappointing with typical hotel scrambled eggs and sausage. All served under covid restrictions by a hostess. You need to ask for what you want or you won't know what's available. We did like the charming town and great food experience that the desk staff person recommended. Este é o seu típico Hampton, envelhecido, mas atualizado. Quarto confortável, silencioso. Awful smell. But that seemed to be the area in general. Stopped here for a night on the way to Florida. Every single towel, wash cloth, bath mat and the entire bathroom floor and the pillows even had hair on them had very noticeable. I noticed it as soon as I walked in the bathroom so whoever is inspecting those rooms isn't doing very good. I was so grossed out that we decided to skip showering there and wait until we got to Florida later that day to take a shower. $173 for that is absolutely way too much. Especially if the rooms are covered in hair and not up to par. Was told there was breakfast, then was not. Just go somewhere else. You pay Hampton prices but you don't get Hampton quality here. Cheiro horrível. Mas essa parecia ser a área em geral. Parado aqui por uma noite a caminho da Flórida. Cada única toalha, pano de banho, tapete de banho e todo o chão do banheiro e os travesseiros tinham até cabelos neles eram muito perceptíveis. Percebi assim que entrei no banheiro, então quem está inspecionando aqueles quartos não está muito bem. The person at the front desk was pleasant and had our Diamond member welcome bag ready, but that was the only good part of the hotel.Our room was dirty and in need of updating. We will not return. Clean room that smelled clean. Loved the walk in shower. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Scrambled eggs and sausage my least favorite combination. But have bagels, waffles,danish etc. The orange juice was good. 4 star because check in could have been better. Quarto limpo que cheirava a limpo. Adorei a caminhada no chuveiro. We booked a room as a place to sleep in the middle of a long drive. We arrived after 11pm and our keys didn’t work. I had to walk from the back to the front. Which wasn’t a huge deal. The manager at the desk was very friendly and offered to help in any way he could. He also brought extra towels after seeing we brought children. The room was gross. There were tiny ants in the bathroom. Black footprints on the bathroom door. The smell of fragrance was so strong I could barely sleep. We didn’t ask to change rooms because it was late and my children were already getting in bed. It was a quick pit stop and the bedding appeared to be clean. The customer service was great. Very friendly and I’m sure they would have switched our room if we asked. But this room should not have even been an option for a guest with the condition it was in. Reservamos um quarto como um lugar para dormir no meio de uma longa viagem. Chegamos depois das 23h e nossas chaves não funcionaram. Eu tive que andar de trás para a frente. O que não era grande coisa. O gerente da recepção foi muito simpático e se ofereceu para ajudar de qualquer maneira que pudesse. Ele também trouxe toalhas extras depois de ver que trouxemos crianças. O quarto era nojento. Havia formigas minúsculas no banheiro. Pegadas pretas na porta do banheiro. O cheiro da fragrância era tão forte que mal conseguia dormir. Não pedimos para trocar de quarto porque já era tarde e meus filhos já estavam indo para a cama. Foi um pit stop rápido e a roupa de cama parecia estar limpa. O serviço ao cliente foi ótimo. Muito amigável e tenho certeza que eles teriam trocado de quarto se pedíssemos. Mas este quarto nem deveria ser uma opção para um hóspede nas condições em que se encontrava.

Just don't do it. Place is a joke. First thing i noticed was how disgusting the carpet was going to our room... looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks. The room smelled like mildew. Why would you want to stay where it smells like that. It was so bad I was gagging and almost threw up. We immediately checked right back out. Just be aware the smell is death.

Fue una parada rápida y la ropa de cama parecía estar limpia. El servicio al cliente fue excelente. Muy amable y estoy seguro de que habrían cambiado nuestra habitación si se lo hubiéramos pedido. Pero esta habitación ni siquiera debería haber sido una opción para un huésped en las condiciones en que se encontraba.

This is your typical Hampton, aged but updated. Comfortable room, quiet. Breakfast was a little disappointing with typical hotel scrambled eggs and sausage. All served under covid restrictions by a hostess. You need to ask for what you want or you won't know what's available. We did like the charming town and great food experience that the desk staff person recommended. Este es el típico Hampton, envejecido pero actualizado. Habitación cómoda, tranquila. El desayuno fue un poco decepcionante con los típicos huevos revueltos y salchichas del hotel. Todo servido bajo restricciones covid por una anfitriona. Tienes que pedir lo que quieres o no sabrás lo que hay disponible. Nos gustó la ciudad encantadora y la excelente experiencia gastronómica que recomendó el empleado de recepción.

Chandler went above and beyond at 3 o’clock in the morning to make sure that we were not only safe but comfortable he came around the side of the building and held the door for all four of us with our luggage to be able to get in and get some rest I can’t say enough good things about his hospitality he made this place AMAZING! The manager the next morning hunted me down and brought me my albuterol inhaler for my asthma. and the breakfast was really good and everyone was just so kind I can’t say enough good things about this place!

We booked a room as a place to sleep in the middle of a long drive. We arrived after 11pm and our keys didn’t work. I had to walk from the back to the front. Which wasn’t a huge deal. The manager at the desk was very friendly and offered to help in any way he could. He also brought extra towels after seeing we brought children. The room was gross. There were tiny ants in the bathroom. Black footprints on the bathroom door. The smell of fragrance was so strong I could barely sleep. We didn’t ask to change rooms because it was late and my children were already getting in bed. It was a quick pit stop and the bedding appeared to be clean. The customer service was great. Very friendly and I’m sure they would have switched our room if we asked. But this room should not have even been an option for a guest with the condition it was in.

Clean room that smelled clean. Loved the walk in shower. Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was OK. Scrambled eggs and sausage my least favorite combination. But have bagels, waffles, danish etc. The orange juice was good.
4 star because check in could have been better.

We arrived very late at night. The person at the front desk was pleasant and had our Diamond member welcome bag ready, but that was the only good part of the hotel. Our room was dirty and in need of updating. We will not return.

Awful smell. But that seemed to be the area in general. Stopped here for a night on the way to Florida. Every single towel, wash cloth, bath mat and the entire bathroom floor and the pillows even had hair on them had very noticeable. I noticed it as soon as I walked in the bathroom so whoever is inspecting those rooms isn't doing very good. I was so grossed out that we decided to skip showering there and wait until we got to Florida later that day to take a shower. $173 for that is absolutely way too much. Especially if the rooms are covered in hair and not up to par. Was told there was breakfast, then was not. Just go somewhere else. You pay Hampton prices but you don't get Hampton quality here.
