“I've stayed here 3x so far and this place definitely needs work. Lack of close hangers to hang clothes up with. The Penthouse definitely needs work. $200 deposit for the Penthouse that looks like a regular room is over done. There's no TV in the living room. So you have to be in one of the two rooms to watch TV. Most of the curtains have no lining so that you can open them up and still have privacy. Silverware is sparse. If I wasn't here for work for a week I probably would stay here.”

“This property is nice but older and beginning to show its age. The price and location helped to make this and acceptable stay. Very good access to the main highway, restaurants, and Wright-Patterson AFB. With some easy modifications, I can easily see my rating for this location going up one half or even a full star.”
