“Terrible experience!! I was very disappointed with this hotel. The rooms were super small. Dingy sheets, super small beds. It looked like someone had attempted to break into the room. The door wouldn't close shut so each time we had to make sure it was closed completely. There was only one small elevator working. We were told there was a penthouse restaurant. Um, no! There was a rooftop, outside seating that had a place that sold bar food. It was too dark to even see what you were eating. It gets better. While we were waiting outside the valet/security got into an argument with a city worker over some cones that he accused the hotel of stealing. We thought a fight was going to break out. This made me very uncomfortable. Let's say I will never ever stay at this hotel again!! I would give 0 stars if I could!!”

“The hotel was well maintained and the hotel staff was very helpful! We had an incident with our vehicle but Althea and the management went above and beyond to take care of the issue and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Would definitely stay at the Checkers again when we are in Los Angeles again.”
