“Que diferença um ano faz! Ficamos no ano passado enquanto visitava a família e tinha um ótimo quarto e serviço. Este ano não foi muito bom. Nosso quarto parecia ok quando chegamos, mas após uma inspeção mais detalhada, estava longe de ser bom. O vaso sanitário funcionava continuamente e a única maneira de dar descarga era tirar a tampa e empurrar a palheta para baixo. (Fomos informados de que não havia ninguém na equipe para consertá-lo). Nosso sofá tinha manchas brancas crocantes. Nossos travesseiros eram velhos e super finos. Mesmo depois de solicitar o serviço, tínhamos que ir buscar as toalhas e pedir diretamente às empregadas. Encontraremos outro hotel na área.”
