“The staff was nice and helpful The rooms didn't feel clean. My family had their own too And found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. There were ants in our room.”

“Best about hotel was the swimming pool, cleanliness, helpfulness of housekeeping, and hotel staff that were friendly and informative. No down comforters on the beds, no breakfast due to COVID-19, U the offer of breakfast bags for additional cost when we would have otherwise received free breakfast. The gentleman at the desk, the only staff who seemed bothered when asked for assistance.”
