My partner and I had a convenient stay at this location. The hotel is conveniently located near Hilton Head Island, so most places on the island are, on average, 15 minutes of drive away. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had no issues checking in and out, or getting to our room, using the app. Meu parceiro e eu tivemos uma estadia conveniente neste local. I’m a frequent traveler, and hold the highest level of membership at both Marriott and Hilton. I say that to say that I truly enjoyed this stay and I stay in a lot of hotels. The staff was accommodating and very friendly even late at night. The food was delicious and way more and above than expected. The room was very clean and comfortable. I felt valued as a Diamond member at this hotel. I will stay here when I am in town for work going forward. The staff made the difference for me. Even when busy, they went above and beyond. Digo isso para dizer que realmente gostei desta estadia e fico em muitos hotéis. A equipe foi acolhedora e muito simpática, mesmo tarde da noite. Do NOT recommend!!Rooms need to be updated! We had a queen junior suite for 2 people & it was very disappointing. Dark, dingy & worn is the best way to describe it. TINY bathroom is in desperate need of remodeling & would’ve been miserably small if we’d had kids. The plastic shower surround was cracked in several places & an attempt had been made to caulk it. The shower curtain was too small so there was no way to keep it closed on both sides. The beds were very uncomfortable - they need to be replaced. Old carpet, furniture & decor - it just felt dirty & used. Breakfast was sad & the “waitress” stood with her back to the dining room playing on her phone. We stayed at 3 different hotels on this vacation - a Marriott, a Choice & this Hilton.The Hilton was absolutely the worst. I was so glad to check out & go home!! NÃO recomendo!! Os quartos precisam ser atualizados! Tivemos uma suíte júnior queen para 2 pessoas e foi muito decepcionante. Escuro, sujo e desgastado é a melhor maneira de descrevê-lo. O banheiro minúsculo precisa desesperadamente de reforma e seria miseravelmente pequeno se tivéssemos filhos. O plástico surround do chuveiro estava rachado em vários lugares e uma tentativa foi feita para calafetar. A cortina do chuveiro era muito pequena, então não havia como mantê-la fechada em ambos os lados. As camas eram muito desconfortáveis - eles precisam ser substituídos. Tapete antigo, móveis e decoração - parecia sujo e usado. O café da manhã estava triste e a “garçonete” estava de costas para a sala de jantar tocando em seu telefone. Ficamos em 3 hotéis diferentes nestas férias - um Marriott, um Choice & este Hilton. O Hilton foi absolutamente o pior. Eu estava tão feliz em fazer o check-out e ir para casa!!

We got a 1 bedroom "suite" with 2 queens. I thought the bed was uncomfortable,my wife said it's okay. Sofa was hard to get out of when going from a sitting position to standing. Shower was cracked in several places, making the bathroom feel run-down and just yuck.Bathroom was small, old fashion style from like the 60's with single sink and the toilet between the sink and tub. Shower curtain wasn't wide enough to close both ends at the same time and even if it had been, it wouldn't have mattered because the shower rod sloped down from the wall to the center so the curtain would always just pull away from the walls and slide to the center - making it impossible to keep the water from getting everywhere in the bathroom. The A/C sounded like a truck engine running at idle - but kept the room plenty cool. Mini fride, microwave,TV's, and hair dryer were all fine. Room was an okay size and allowed us separate space (one in living room and one in bedroom). No room safe. Lightning was good enough. Decor was okay. Temos uma "suite" de 1 quarto com 2 rainhas. Achei a cama desconfortável, minha esposa disse que está tudo bem. O sofá era difícil de sair ao passar de uma posição sentada para em pé. Chuveiro estava rachado em vários lugares, fazendo o banheiro parecer degradado e apenas eca. O banheiro era pequeno, estilo antigo dos anos 60, com pia única e vaso sanitário entre a pia e a banheira. A cortina do chuveiro não era larga o suficiente para fechar as duas extremidades ao mesmo tempo e, mesmo que fosse, não teria importado porque a haste do chuveiro descia da parede para o centro, de modo que a cortina sempre se afastava do paredes e deslizam para o centro - impossibilitando que a água chegue a todos os lugares do banheiro. O ar condicionado parecia um motor de caminhão funcionando em marcha lenta - mas mantinha o quarto bem fresco. Mini fride, microondas, TV's e secador de cabelo eram todos bons. Quarto era um tamanho ok e nos permitiu espaço separado (um na sala de estar e um no quarto). Sem cofre no quarto. O relâmpago era bom o suficiente. A decoração estava ok.

Venue was conveniently located with plenty of parking front desk service was welcoming and informative (+1). Room was comfortable size with clean linens and comfortable beds (+1). The bathroom had a strong smell of urine coming from the rusty floor drain (-1). Food from canteen was hot and flavorful for a fair price (+1). Housekeeping personnel were friendly (+1), but could not understand English so asking for assistance was futile (-1). Front desk 4:30 am shift, Ms.Sierra, seemed 'put out' by my asking for regular coffee for the Keurig, as all available were decaf coffees. I received a hateful eye-stare-and-hold as she had to lean over and retrieve the coffee that was actually beside her leg under the counter where she was already standing (-1). This is a Hilton Hotel, correct? I don't believe I will be joining the Points Club at this time. All in all, nice place to stay (3/5 *) for quick over night rest. The elevator to get up to the lobby was broken. We were forced, with all our luggage, to walk around to the back and take the elevator in the garage. The king room and the bathroom were small. And they charged $319.00. We took a drive the next morning and had breakfast at the Westin on the ocean. It was so pleasant we decided to check in. For only $241 we had a much nicer room with a view of the ocean. So disappointed with the Hilton Garden Inn on Hilton Head. O elevador para chegar ao lobby estava quebrado. Fomos obrigados, com toda a nossa bagagem, a dar a volta nos fundos e pegar o elevador na garagem. O quarto king e o banheiro eram pequenos. E eles cobraram $ 319,00. Fizemos um passeio na manhã seguinte e tomamos café da manhã no Westin no oceano. Foi tão agradável que decidimos fazer o check-in. Por apenas US$ 241, tivemos um quarto muito melhor com vista para o mar. Tão decepcionado com o Hilton Garden Inn em Hilton Head.

While checking out yesterday, one employee was disgusting with dropping the “F” bomb with every other word. When I suggested to another employee she silence him, she laughed at me. Totally inappropriate in any public setting for either guests in the reception, dining areas or other employees. This person needs to be fired. There are plenty of people wanting jobs. Will not be returning to this establishment again. Hilton Head is beautiful and you can find other hotels closer to the beaches. O hotel precisa ser reformado, o carpete é antigo, juntamente com o papel de parede descascado nos corredores. Banheiros precisam ser renovados especialmente banheiras. Devido ao Covid, a equipe é mínima, especialmente na área de jantar. Ao fazer o check-out ontem, um funcionário estava nojento ao soltar a bomba “F” com cada palavra. Quando sugeri a outro funcionário que o silenciasse, ela riu de mim. Totalmente inadequado em qualquer ambiente público para hóspedes na recepção, refeitórios ou outros funcionários. Essa pessoa precisa ser demitida. Tem muita gente querendo emprego. Não voltarei a este estabelecimento novamente. Hilton Head é lindo e você pode encontrar outros hotéis mais próximos das praias.

Room was great, nice and clean. Service was great, however the food at their restaurant, not so much. The pulled pork was dry and quite over microwaved making it hard. They have a great outdoor space to relax. Spent quite some time there instead of at the pool. Traffic is heavy going on and off the island which makes it a bit difficult getting in and out of the property. Will stay again! Quarto era ótimo, agradável e limpo. O serviço foi ótimo, no entanto, a comida em seu restaurante, não tanto. A carne de porco desfiada estava seca e bastante aquecida no microondas, tornando-a difícil. Eles têm um ótimo espaço ao ar livre para relaxar. Passado algum tempo lá em vez de na piscina. O trânsito é intenso dentro e fora da ilha, o que torna um pouco difícil entrar e sair da propriedade. Vai ficar novamente!
