4 estrelas SIM! Bebê. A equipe é ótima todos é super agradável. Os quartos são limpos e a comida boa mas Caro. Por que não 5 bem a comida de restaurante e há pouca loja que vende lanches e material. Super caro 5 dólares para xícaras de manteiga de amendoim de Coca e Reese. Super ótimo lugar embora eu viria novamente, mas não comer lá. Vocês são foda!

Eu tinha uma reserva para um certo tipo de quarto. O quarto que me foi atribuído não era o que reservei. Ross, da recepção, foi muito bom em resolver isso e acabou no tipo de quarto que reservei. No entanto, o quarto que me foi atribuído parecia realmente desatualizado. Sem tomadas USB. O papel de parede estava puxando da parede. Eu tive que sacudir a manivela para fazer a descarga funcionar corretamente. Alguns trabalhos de qualidade realmente baixa no teto Calafetem após o que provavelmente foi um vazamento. A banheira não era plana, tinha o formato de uma ferradura. Portanto, o banho era muito desconfortável. (Sinceramente, nunca encontrei isso antes, não sabia que banheiras como essa existiam. E a televisão era bem pequena.Cama confortável. A equipe foi bem treinada e prestativa. E as áreas comuns foram atualizadas e limpas.No entanto, o quarto em que eu estava não era o que eu esperaria de uma marca como o Hilton Garden.

Hotel muito bom. Apenas uma escapadela de fim de semana na cidade para mim e meus filhos, marido. Limpo desde o momento em que você entra. Cheira bem e atraente aos olhos. O check-in é rápido e fácil e o quarto diz claramente que foi higienizado. Vale o custo extra para o café da manhã. Nós definitivamente voltaremos 🤗

Muy buen hotel. Solo una escapada de fin de semana en la ciudad para mi esposo y mis hijos. Limpio desde el momento en que entras. Huele agradable y atractivo a la vista. Registro rápido y fácil y la habitación dice claramente que fue desinfectada. Vale la pena el costo extra por el desayuno. Definitivamente volveremos 🤗

I had a reservation for a certain type of room. The room I was assigned was not what I reserved. Ross at the front desk was very good at getting this straightened out, and eventually ended up in the type of room I reserved. However, the room I was assigned seemed really outdated. No USB outlets. Wallpaper was pulling from the wall. I had to jiggle the handle to get the toilet to flush properly. Some really low quality work on the ceiling Caulk after what was probably a leak. The bathtub wasn't flat, it was shaped like a horseshoe. So showering was a very uncomfortable. (honestly, I've never encountered this before, didn't know tubs like this even existed. And the Television was quite small. Comfortable bed. Staff was well trained and helpful. And the common areas were updated and clean. However, the room I was in just wasn't what I would expect from a brand like Hilton Garden.

Very nice hotel. Just an in town weekend getaway for my husband kids and I. Clean from the moment you walk in. Smells nice and appealing to the eye. Quick and easy check in and the room says clearly that it was sanitized. Worth the extra cost for the breakfast. We will definitely come again 🤗

Que hotel maravilhoso! Eu reservei no último minuto e Ross foi quem me ajudou na recepção. Esta foi a primeira vez que me hospedei em um Hilton Garden Inn e como o atendimento ao cliente que recebi de Ross foi tão gentil e prestativo, e a limpeza do hotel era impecável, acho que fui convertido! Muito obrigado por oferecer um serviço 5 estrelas em um hotel 3 estrelas. :)

Teve um vôo de volta atrasado em Bradley assim eu fiquei lá. O serviço foi cortês, cama king size era tão confortável, especialmente os 4 enormes travesseiros de plumas. Boa pressão da água e quarto era muito limpo. Amplo estacionamento gratuito. O ônibus para o aeroporto não está funcionando, mas é fácil de dirigir. Vou ficar novamente, tenho certeza.

Had a late return flight into Bradley so I stayed over. Service was courteous, king bed was so comfortable especially the 4 huge down pillows. Good water pressure and room was very clean. Ample free parking. The shuttle to airport is currently not running but easy drive. Will stay again I'm sure.

What a wonderful hotel! I booked last minute and Ross was the one who helped me at the front desk. This was my first time staying at a Hilton Garden Inn and because the customer service I received from Ross was so kind and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, I think I’ve been converted! Thank you so much for offering 5 star service at a 3 star hotel. :)

Quarto muito agradável com vista. Os quartos são espaçosos e muito limpos. A equipe é amistosa e prestativa com qualquer necessidade que você possa ter. Acessível, perto da rodovia e do aeroporto. Um ótimo lugar para ficar.

Very nice room with a view. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful with any needs you may have. Affordable, near the highway and airport. A great place to stay.

4 stars YES! Baby. Staff is great everyone is super nice. The rooms are clean and the food us good but Expensive. Why not 5 well the restaurant food and there little shop that sells snacks and stuff. Super expensive 5 dollars for a Coke and Reese's peanutbutter cups. Super great place though I would come again but not eat there. You guys Rock!
