“It's a nice hotel. The room and bed are comfortable and there's a nice indoor swimming pool. Lunch at the hotel was good, if rather pricey. At the moment though, they are unprepared for a return to large numbers of guests while trying to follow covid restrictions. We waited fifty minutes just to be seated for breakfast (9.50 after arriving at 9). Glad we didn't have a plane to catch! Once inside the breakfast room, they're continuing with the buffet -why, when it encourages people to move around and they make you wear some pretty gross plastic gloves? It also takes people (especially families) a lot of time to deal with the buffet. Would make much more sense to serve a set breakfast (perhaps with a limited salad /rice / soup buffet if they have to) which the staff could manage more easily and cut down on waiting.”

“Nice. But little dated. Needs a full renovation. Outer rooms more spacious. Inner circle rooms more cramp. Most restaurants and food/drink pricey here. Hotel bus to downtown stops at other hotels going downtown. Takes longer on journey. Irrating. I will say the beds and pillows are very comfortable. But you do need to provide a wash cloth for bathing/shower. Thank you. Nice big tv! And the wifi keeps cutting in and out. Not just me, but other co-workers say say thing.”
