O nosso quarto era muito limpo e tranquilo. O quarto parecia recém-reformado e moderno. O homem na recepção foi agradável e agradável. O estacionamento era bem iluminado e seguro. Também gostei muito dos produtos Dove no banheiro.

Our room was very clean and quiet. The room seemed newly renovated and modern. The man at the front desk was pleasant and nice.The parking lot was well lit and safe. I also really liked the Dove products in the bathroom.

The day manager and I decided to remove the fake cinnamon plants/decor from the lobby, when we decided to go rogue and remove it. Because not everyone likes cinnamon.Day 2 was too much. The rest of decor was nice. Not friendly for those that work overnights - had "maintenance" bang on my door at 9pm, just whenI was getting up for work. Free wake up call? No free breakfast. I can see route 495 from my house.

Excelente equipe e quarto limpo. Corretamente está mostrando sua idade um pouco, mas ainda é um grande valor. Pequenos inconvenientes foram banheira que drena muito lentamente durante o banho e que o restaurante não estava servindo comida à noite. Ainda uma estadia agradável global.

Great staff and clean room. Properly is showing its age a bit, but it is still a great value. Minor inconveniences were tub that drains too slowly while showering and that the restaurant was not serving food in the evening. Still an overall pleasant stay.

Un lugar muy tranquilo para todo tipo de personas y familia buen servicio y cortesía tiene piscina bajo techo.un amplio parking con buen acceso para personas impedida y sillas de ruedas te incluye el desayuno no tiene restaurante pero si para bebidas.

Excelente lugar vengo por primera vez me encanta los cuarto muy limpio y muy bueno el desayunó la piscina muy buena bajo techo me enconto de seguiro cuando vuelva para la ciudad de Boston me quedo aquí de nuevoami y mi familia le enconto Excelente los recomiendo 👍.

Na verdade, vou dar um 1, primeiro as sombras não fecham totalmente. Então às 6 da manhã o sol está batendo diretamente no meu rosto, também as janelas estão trancadas…A piscina estava suja. Também não há jacuzzi. A pressão do chuveiro era ridiculamente baixa! Como se meu chuveiro em casa fosse mais forte do que o chuveiro do hotel. Nada de micro-ondas! Que loucura Por alguma estranha razão, o ar condicionado ficava ligando e desligando enquanto estávamos dormindo. Tão irritante . Mas por último os lençóis sujos. Eu tive que pedir lençóis frescos e um edredom novo. Geral Não satisfeito

Truthfully I’ll give it a 1, first off the shades do not fully close. So at 6AM the sun is directly hitting my face , also the windows are bolted shut…The pool was dirty. No jacuzzi either. The shower head pressure was ridiculously low! Like my home shower is stronger than the hotels shower head. No microwave! How crazy For some odd reason the ac kept turning on & off while we were asleep. So annoying . But lastly the dirty sheets. I had to ask for fresh sheets & a new comforter. Overall Not pleased

Atendimento ao cliente está fora das cartas neste local!! O café da manhã é incrível, bacon, ovos reais, panquecas, frutas frescas, suco de laranja REAL!! Fiquei realmente impressionado. Os quartos são atualizados, mas não há tomadas suficientes. Eles devem adicionar lâmpadas com tomadas, já que a sala não possui nenhuma para conectar facilmente. Eu ainda dei a eles 5 estrelas, porque você simplesmente não recebe mais pessoas amigáveis e prestativas que realmente amam seu trabalho, e os funcionários desses locais foram a melhor parte da minha estadia!

Vou começar dizendo que tive problemas com a minha estadia. Nosso primeiro quarto tinha vários problemas, e o segundo quarto tinha um frigobar que não funcionava. Dito isto, a equipe aqui é incrível. A par com um hotel de 5 estrelas. Tão útil, profissional e geralmente simpático! Cada funcionário com quem interagi melhorou meu humor. Voltarei, e o principal motivo é a equipe incrível.

Ok lugar para ficar. Relativamente acessível. No entanto, não havia tomadas elétricas suficientes e era difícil encontrar qualquer lugar para conectar dispositivos. As tomadas que estavam disponíveis eram muito soltas. A piscina coberta estava aberta e não estava ocupada. Tudo foi satisfatório. Meu quarto não foi virado durante a minha estadia de 2 dias por um motivo desconhecido.

Okay place to stay. Relatively affordable. There were not enough power outlets though, and it was difficult to find anywhere to plug devices into. The outlets that were available were very loose. The indoor pool was open and not busy at all. Everything was satisfactory. My room did not get turned during my 2 day stay for an unknown reason.

Customer Service is off the charts at this location!! The breakfast is awesome, bacon, real eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit, REAL Orange juice!! I was really impressed. The rooms are up to date, but not enough outlets. They should add lamps with outlets, since the room does not have any to easily plug into. I still gave them 5 stars, because you just don't get friendly helpful people that truly love their job anymore, and this locations employees were the best part of my stay!

I'll start off by saying that I had issues with my stay. Our first room had multiple issues, and the second room had a mini fridge that didn't work. That said, the staff here is amazing. On par with a 5 star hotel. So helpful, professional, and just generally likable! Every employee I interacted with improved my mood. I will be back, and the main reason is the amazing staff.
