Amazing hotel!! Everyone was so nice especially Brendon who helped us a lot. Breakfast was really good and the room were also very clean. Would recommend this hotel at 100%

Exceptionally clean rooms, brand new, tidy, and friendly staff! Breakfast was very nice as well. The water was not quite warm enough for a “hot” shower and that could be addressed, especially if it continues to winter.

Hotel mais novo, quarto agradável, mas sua gestão é terrível. O café da manhã foi um pesadelo e eles ficaram sem tantos itens e fecharam o café da manhã cedo enquanto as pessoas ainda estavam tentando obter comida. O gerente literalmente fechou uma cortina para as pessoas e deixou muita comida cozida sem comer enquanto as pessoas tentavam fazer pratos. Este foi um fim de semana de férias, onde tenho certeza que eles esperavam estar ocupados, e não conseguiram lidar com isso. Eu fico nas propriedades do Hilton pelo menos 10 noites por mês, e isso foi o pior em que já estive, do ponto de vista das operações. Eu não voltaria aqui.

Ótima localização! Aidan foi incrível! Muito agradável e acolhedor 😊. Hotel fica perto de lojas, restaurantes e atrações familiares. Eu tinha um quarto com cama king size que era espaçoso e confortável. Eu precisava de outro cobertor e eles disseram que acabaram. Café-da-manhã foi basicamente um café-da-manhã continental - bagel, muffins, cereais e café. Sem frutas frescas, exceto uma maçã que estava na recepção. Eles tinham apenas 1 máquina de waffle que é inaceitável quando há grandes grupos. Acabaram-se os copos de papel para o café e o iogurte. Minha família e eu saímos para tomar café da manhã por dois dias. Fiquei desapontado depois de pagar tanto pelo quarto. As pessoas estavam na fila por longos períodos de tempo para fazer waffles. Nós também nunca conseguimos utilizar a piscina porque havia grandes grupos familiares ocupando-a por longos períodos.

¡Buena ubicación! Aiden was awesome! Very pleasant and welcoming 😊. Hotel is near shopping, restaurants and family attractions. I had king size bed room which was spacious and comfortable. I needed another blanket and they said they ran out. Breakfast was basically a continental breakfast- bagel, muffins, cereal and coffee. No fresh fruit except an apple which was actually at the front desk. They had only 1 waffle maker which is unacceptable when there's large groups. They ran out of paper cups for coffee and ran out of yogurt. My family and I went out to breakfast for two days. I was disappointed after paying so much for the room. People were in line for long lengths of time to make waffles. We also never got to utilize the pool because there were large family groups occupying it for long periods.

Hotel más nuevo, bonita habitación, pero su gestión es terrible. El desayuno fue una pesadilla y se quedaron sin muchos artículos y cerraron el desayuno temprano mientras la gente todavía estaba tratando de conseguir comida. El gerente literalmente cerró una cortina sobre la gente y dejó tanta comida cocinada sin comer como la gente estaba tratando de hacer platos. Este fue un fin de semana festivo, donde estoy seguro de que esperaban estar ocupados y no pudieron manejarlo. Me alojo en las propiedades de Hilton al menos 10 noches al mes, y esto fue lo peor en lo que he estado, desde el punto de vista de las operaciones. No volvería aquí.

Newer hotel, nice room, but their management is terrible. Breakfast was a nightmare and they ran out of so many items and closed breakfast early while people were still trying to get food. The manager literally closed a curtain on people, and left so much cooked food uneaten as people were trying to make plates. This was a holiday weekend, where I’m sure they expected to be busy, and they couldn’t handle it. I stay at Hilton properties at least 10 nights a month, and this was the worse I’ve EVER been at, from a operations point of view. I would not come back here.

Ficamos alguns meses em uma das suítes de um quarto. Aqui estão algumas observações que podem ser úteis. O hotel é novo e tranquilo, apesar da localização ao longo da movimentada Rota 10. Nos alojamos un par de meses en una de las suites de un dormitorio. Aquí hay algunos comentarios que pueden ser útiles. El hotel es nuevo y tranquilo, a pesar de la ubicación a lo largo de la concurrida Ruta 10. Hablando de ubicación, llegar al hotel desde el oeste implica un cambio de sentido, lo que puede ser un fastidio durante las horas punta. La suite en sí era grande, con una sala de estar, un dormitorio, una bonita cocina y un baño grande. Las ventanas no se pueden abrir. En cambio, las unidades de aire acondicionado funcionan sin parar para traer aire fresco, ya sea frío o caliente. El termostato es muy sensible, por lo que durante el mismo día a veces teníamos aire frío y caliente. El desayuno es básico: avena, tortillas, huevos duros, bagels, plátanos, gofres para hacer tú mismo, yogur, jugos. Hay café preparado durante todo el día en el vestíbulo.

We stayed a couple of months in one of the one-bedroom suites. Here are some remarks that may be useful. The hotel is new and quiet, despite the location along the busy Route 10. Speaking of location, getting to the hotel from the west involves a U-turn, which can be a pain during busy times. The suite itself was big, with a living room, a bedroom, a nice kitchen and a large bathroom. The windows cannot be opened. Instead, the AC units run non-stop to bring in fresh air, either hot or cold. The thermostat is very sensitive, so during the same day we sometimes got both cold and hot air. The breakfast is basic: oatmeal, omelettes, boiled eggs, bagels, bananas, make-your-own waffles, yogurt, juices. There is brewed coffee through the day in the lobby.

Bom hotel mais novo. Muito limpo e acolhedor. A piscina estava limpa e a temperatura da manhã era confortável à noite, a temperatura da água estava bastante fria. O quarto era espaçoso, limpo, ótimo, com muitos extras, como lava-louças etc. Café-da-manhã era quase inexistente não pessoal suficiente para acompanhar a demanda, apenas.uma pessoa servindo cerca de 20 convidados. Eu tive que sair do hotel para alimentar minha família, smh. A equipe foi atenciosa!

Absolutamente amei isso aqui! A piscina era ótima para as crianças. É muito aconchegante e confortável. Os doces são bem espaçosos. A equipe foi útil. Meu filho deixou seu iPad depois que saímos. Kim na frente foi incrível, de primeira qualidade, com certeza. Ela nos deu o melhor tratamento possível. Esse incrível atendimento ao cliente ajuda muito o hóspede a se sentir confortável antes mesmo de subir as escadas. A fasquia foi elevada por seu incrível atendimento ao cliente, e a propriedade enfrentou o desafio. Lindo quarto, ótima piscina, pequena área externa. Foi uma escapadela bem-vinda e eu recomendo. Não tenho nenhum contra.

Bonito hotel nuevo. Muy limpio y acogedor. La piscina estaba limpia y la temperatura en la mañana era cómoda por la noche, la temperatura del agua era bastante fría. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas, limpias, geniales, con muchos extras como platos, lavavajillas, etc. El desayuno era casi inexistente, no había suficiente personal para satisfacer la demanda, solo una persona que atendía a unos 20 invitados. Tuve que dejar el hotel para alimentar a mi familia, smh. El personal fue atento!

¡Absolutamente me encantó estar aquí! La piscina era genial para los niños. Es muy acogedor y cómodo. Los dulces son bastante espaciosos. El personal fue útil. Mi hijo dejó su iPad después de que nos marchamos. Llamé al hotel cuando llegué a casa y el personal lo recuperó diligentemente. ¡Definitivamente me quedaré aquí de nuevo!

Kim en el frente era increíble, de primera clase seguro. Nos dio el mejor trato posible. Ese increíble servicio al cliente contribuye en gran medida a que el huésped se sienta cómodo incluso antes de subir las escaleras. El increíble servicio al cliente puso el listón muy alto, y la propiedad cumplió con el desafío. Hermosa habitación, linda piscina, pequeña área al aire libre. Fue una escapada bienvenida y lo recomiendo encarecidamente. No tengo contras de ningún tipo.

Nice newer hotel. Very clean and welcoming. Pool was clean and temperaturen in the am was comfortable at night water temperature was rather cold. Room were spacious , clean ,great set up with many extras like dishes dishwasher etc. Breakfast was almost non existent not enough staff to keep up with demand, only.one person serving about 20 guests. I had to leave the hotel in order to feed my family, smh. Staff was attentive!

Absolutely loved it here! The pool was great for the kids. It’s very cozy and comfortable. The sweets are pretty spacious. Staff was helpful. My son left his iPad in after we checked out. I called the hotel when I got home and the staff was diligently recovered it. I will definitely stay here again!

Kim in front was awesome, top notch for sure. She gave us the best treatment possible. That amazing customer service goes a long way in making the guest feel comfortable before even going upstairs. The bar was set high by her amazing customer service, and the property met the challenge. Beautiful room, nice pool, small outdoor area. It was a welcomed getaway and I highly recommend. I don’t have any cons whatsoever.

Nice pitoresco um hotel. Na suíte king era muito espaçoso, cama confortável agradável, e uma piscina profunda o suficiente para as crianças pequenas. O hotel também tinha uma boa localização onde a comida era facilmente acessível. O café da manhã continental nem era ruim, eu só queria que eles tivessem mais massa de waffle. Todos responderam as perguntas com facilidade e você se sentiu muito bem-vindo! Mal posso esperar para voltar novamente.

Bonito y pintoresco un hotel. En la suite king era muy espaciosa, con una cama cómoda y agradable, y una piscina lo suficientemente profunda para los niños pequeños. El hotel también tenía una buena ubicación donde se podía acceder fácilmente a la comida. El desayuno continental ni siquiera estaba mal, solo desearía que tuvieran más masa para gofres. ¡Todos respondieron preguntas con facilidad y te sentiste muy bienvenido! No puedo esperar para volver de nuevo.

Nice quaint a hotel. In the king suite it was very spacious, nice comfortable bed, And a pool deep enough for the small kids. The hotel also had a good location where food was easily accessible. The continental breakfast wasn’t even bad, I just wish they had more waffle batter. Everyone answered questions with ease and you just felt very welcomed! Can’t wait to go back again.

Hotel é novo, limpo, confortável e tranquilo e os funcionários são simpáticos. A nossa estadia foi boa e eu voltaria novamente. Uma coisa que precisa ser mudada é que o piso de cerâmica da piscina coberta é muito escorregadio e liso como vidro, além de haver pontos baixos onde poças de água se acumulavam. Vimos várias pessoas escorregarem naquelas poças, inclusive nós mesmos. É uma falha de projeto. Um piso de ladrilho de piscina interna nunca deve ser tão escorregadio. É um acidente esperando para acontecer. Conserte o piso da piscina, caso contrário, o hotel ficará bem.

El hotel es nuevo, limpio, cómodo y tranquilo y el personal es amable. Nuestra estancia estuvo bien y volvería otra vez. Una cosa que debe cambiarse es que el piso de baldosas de la piscina cubierta es demasiado resbaladizo y suave como el vidrio, además había puntos bajos donde se acumulaban charcos de agua. Vimos a varias personas resbalar en esos charcos, incluyéndonos a nosotros mismos. Es un defecto de diseño. El suelo de baldosas de una piscina cubierta nunca debería ser tan resbaladizo. Es un accidente esperando a suceder. Arreglar el suelo de la piscina, de lo contrario el hotel en multa.

Hotel is new, clean, comfortable and quiet and the staff are friendly. Our stay was fine and I would come back again. One thing that needs to be changed is that the indoor pool tile floor is way too slippery and smooth like glass plus there were low spots where puddles of water collected. We watched several people slip on those puddles including ourselves. It's a design flaw. An indoor pool tile floor should never be so slippery. It's an accident waiting to happen. Fix the pool floor, otherwise the hotel in fine.
