“Had to wait for almost 30 minutes for front desk to arrive so I could get my room key, "digital key" on app wasn't working. Once I finally got to my room it was nice and breakfast was adequate but overall not the best experience. Have had much better with other Hilton properties”

“We stayed at this property in December 2019 and were delighted with it. For months we've been looking forward to returning post-panemic to Phoenix to see my sister and stay in a hotel we had enjoyed.
Unfortunately, this property is nothing like it was before. We left after one night to go to a different hotel nearby. Specifically:
- the thermostat in our suite didn't work. The display read "replace battery".
- there was no hot water in the kitchen sink.
- the garbage disposal didn't work.
- the light under the microwave oven - which we use as a night light - didn't work.
- the breakfast was a bare shadow of what we'd experienced previously.
- the public areas were shabby. Wallpaper near the elevator was peeling off the walls. There were numerous stains in the hallway carpet.
- the staff was friendly and eager to help, but obviously significantly overworked.”
