O A / C no quarto não funcionou O quarto não estava limpo / o carpete estava sujo Odor forte de comida em nosso quarto (2 dias) O alarme de fumaça disparou na manhã de sábado, antes das 7 da manhã. Tivemos que correr para fora. Os atendentes do saguão não tiveram explicação ou até pediram desculpas. Os atendentes do saguão após o horário eram MUITO AMIGÁVEIS. Exceto pela garota loira à noite, ela era tão doce e amigável.”
