The rooms are very nice! Especially the Premiere Suite. Also, the front desk peeps are very accommodating! Os quartos são muito bons! Especialmente o Premiere Suite. Além disso, as espreitadelas da recepção são muito confortáveis!

Review Edit 2019-12-30 Construction has been completed. However, many finishing touches required to bring the Novotel upto standard.Swimming is dirty, water is green from algae.Review Edit 2017-09-21 Construction noise at night has stopped.Original Review: Novotel not yet completed.Construction continues until 0330hrs, disturbing the surrounding neighbourhood and residential towers that are part of the Acqua/Novotel Complex.Situated right next to the polluted Pasig River. The stench from the river is particular bad during summer months of March to June.As of September 2017 retail, entertainment, recreation and exercise facilities in the complex are no where near complete.Century City Mall is a 10 minute walk or 20 minute drive away during weekday traffic. Em setembro de 2017, as instalações de varejo, entretenimento, recreação e exercícios no complexo não estavam nem perto de serem completas. Century City Mall fica a 10 minutos a pé ou 20 minutos de carro durante o tráfego durante a semana.

Don't stay here! There were bedbugs and cockroaches. The management was corrupt, unresponsive and apathetic to our concerns. Once we moved over to an Airbnb in Acqua Livingston, we enjoyed a much better vacation. Não fique aqui! Havia percevejos e baratas. A gestão era corrupta, indiferente e apática às nossas preocupações. Uma vez que nos mudamos para um Airbnb em Acqua Livingston, desfrutamos de férias muito melhores.

Terrible lodging for a suppose to be 4 star. We could hardly relax because of the noises. Walls are thin and rooms are full of cockroaches ! Yuck ! Very difficult to get a ride. Management is completely lost or oblivious. You can get better value for your money in hotels in makati. Hospedagem terrível para um suposto ser 4 estrelas. Mal podíamos relaxar por causa dos ruídos. As paredes são finas e os quartos estão cheios de baratas! Que nojo ! Muito difícil conseguir uma carona. A gestão está completamente perdida ou alheia. Você pode obter uma melhor relação custo-benefício em hotéis em Makati.

Apenas podíamos relajarnos por los ruidos. ¡Las paredes son delgadas y las habitaciones están llenas de cucarachas! ¡Qué asco! Muy difícil conseguir un paseo. La gerencia está completamente perdida o olvidada. Puede obtener un mejor valor por su dinero en hoteles en makati.

La gerencia fue corrupta, insensible y apática a nuestras preocupaciones. Una vez que nos mudamos a un Airbnb en Acqua Livingston, disfrutamos de unas vacaciones mucho mejores.

Muito barulho de construções sem parar em todos os lugares. Baratas e moscas de tal estabelecimento! Muito difícil conseguir um táxi ou veículo. O acesso é difícil!

We are proud owner at Novotel Suites Aqua, I highly recommend this location for ownership or staycation.I wanted to ask if unit owners started to move in now as we were there last year and only a few lives in the building. Temos orgulho do proprietário do Novotel Suites Aqua, recomendo este local para propriedade ou estadia.Eu queria perguntar se os proprietários das unidades começaram a se mudar agora, já que estávamos lá no ano passado e apenas algumas pessoas moram no prédio.
