食布菲，系多年來最抵食一次。無論壽司台，凍肉台，甜品台(雪糕有十款左右)，尤其熱食檯有印度長米，牛肉台竟用英格斯，超級豐度。夥- 記訓練有度(我是當年世界十大出身[麗x]，此間有高手!). 抵食方面我mark6星。

因暑假及staycation流行check in 人數會比較多，但係質素還有保證，唯獨是有點細微地方可作改善，

個自助餐冇蠔食，但整體唔錯，個游泳池啲水好咸，塊玻璃好污糟又唔清潔，房間很乾淨。

I booked this stay as a birthday surprise for my boyfriend and mentioned this on my online booking and the hotel gave us a gift bag full of yummy snacks and some games, such a thoughtful touch! The room was modern & extremely clean and the harbour view was a plus.The only cons of this stay were the terrible check in process which took us 1 hour, which seems to be a common complaint and really dampened the beginning of our experience.Another big letdown is that the room walls are paper thin, which when combined with the popularity of this hotel with families & their young children, means that you can hear their kids all day long — we could hardly enjoy the pool either which was filled with screaming children even at 9pm :/ there ought to be separate floors for guests with children under 10 and a curfew of 7pm for children at the pool so adults can enjoy some peace and quiet…

Very good hotel in North Point but not as excellent as the other in TST of the same group. This hotel allows dogs and pets. Was full of people and families during our visit. Swimming pool is great but you have to book it or go early morning. Breakfast buffet is ok. Asian dishes are the best.

He pasado un mes viviendo aquí y lo recomendaría encarecidamente para estadías más largas. Excelente servicio, habitaciones suficientemente amplias y muy modernas, linda vista del puerto y el restaurante tiene excelente comida. Debido a COVID, se requiere registrarse para la piscina y cócteles en el salón. Pero parece que hay frecuentes ausencias: pude agregar mi nombre a la lista de espera y generalmente se abrían lugares.El hotel se encuentra a muy poca distancia a pie de la estación de MTR, por lo que es muy fácil moverse por la ciudad.

I've spent a month living here and would highly recommend it for longer stays. Excellent service, sufficiently spacious and very modern rooms, nice view of the harbor, and the restaurant has great food. Because of COVID, sign-up for the pool and cocktails in the lounge are required. But there seem to be frequent no-shows: I was able to add my name to the waitlist and spots usually opened up.The hotel is a very brief walk from the MTR station, so it's very easy to get around the city.

Uma estrela para sala limpa e algumas equipes amigáveis. Eu entendo que a empresa precisa ter lucro, mas isso não significa que as medidas COVID-19 não serão mais aplicadas. É uma experiência incrível ficar em uma piscina infinita na cobertura com infinitos nadadores.

One star for clean room and some friendly staffs. I understand the company needs to make profit but it doesn’t mean the COVID-19 measures are no longer to be enforced. It is a terrific experience to stay in a roof top infinity pool with infinite swimmers.

O segundo funcionário respondeu: preencher um cheque às 3 horas na Internet significa que o registro começa às 3 horas, não uma sala às 3 horas ...A qualidade do buffet do hotel é justa, com menos estilos. 15 minutos antes do final do buffet, planejava sair para buscar mais bebidas. Um funcionário do restaurante correu para mim de forma grosseira e me disse que o buffet estava prestes a terminar e eu tinha que limpar o local. Eu me senti impelido longe.Além disso, reservei o equipamento de RV da sala de ginástica no início da manhã. Quando cheguei a tempo, não havia funcionários na sala de ginástica. Apenas alguns residentes tentaram operá-lo por conta própria. O cenário era caótico. The staff are under-trained, peak hours would have a very long queue. Although the room are most likely to have sea view and everything is fine. The experience are not really good.

I went there few months ago. The room was so clean and all staffs were really kind. Breakfast was tasty. My family enjoyed swimming at the roof top.

We stayed at this hotel for the CNY vacation. The room was on the smaller side, but it was very clean and the spatial arrangements were well made. Good quality of food (we had our dinner and breakfast here). I guess the hotel was nearly fully booked, so we avoided the crowd by checking in late and leaving early. Nice experience.

Hotel elegante y bien situado (respecto a la estación de metro de Nort Point y varias paradas de autobuses) en la isla de Hong Kong, aunque no es de sus mejores barrios. Personal muy atento y detallista. A pesar de ser un hotel de 5 estrellas su precio no es excesivamente caro por lo que es un hotel popular entre viajeros de todas las condiciones sociales y lamentablemente uno no encuentra la exclusividad y acomodamiento propio de un 5*, ya que al ser accesible a todos los bolsillos tambien se hospedan personas poco respetuosas con el descanso del resto de huéspedes. Otro detalle a tener en cuenta es que es un hotel muy popular entre familias con niños pequeños, por lo que el bullicio y grito de los niños es constante. Si lo que pretendes es descansar, este no es tu hotel. La piscina es fantástica, pero a ciertas horas se llena de niños y sus progenitores gritones. El buffet de desayuno muy correcto. A pesar del bullicio concedo cuatro estrellas a la valoración sobre todo por el personal e instalaciones
