“Me ha parecido un hotel increíble, hemos estado en la suite con terraza y de verdad que no le puedo poner ni un pero, un hotel muy bonito y súper nuevo en un enclave increíble por no decir de sus vistas desde la terraza. El servicio de habitaciones y la atención genial, al igual que la limpieza. Repetiré sin lugar a dudas. En la azotea tienen una terraza “El jardín de Diana” que para tomar algo es genial.”

I'm giving this hotel 5 stars because of the staff. Everyone from the front door, to the front desk, to the restaurant staff were all very welcoming and warm. I had an early bus tour to Toledo one day, and the kitchen packed me a nice takeaway breakfast, even though they had barely opened. Highly recommend this hotel. The location is also perfect.

This location is center center, it is close to train, restaurants, shopping, supermarket. staffs are nice and food is good.

La terraza azotea es una maravilla, el jardín de Diana. Se ve un atardecer maravilloso acompañado de un smoothie tropical o un gintonic bien preparado. Los camareros son amables. La terraza es pequeña pero muy bonita.

Amazing location - truly in the center of the city. It’s in a very bustling shopping area but once you’re inside the hotel it’s very quiet. Shower was great, bed was comfortable, AC worked well. The staff were very kind. Appropriate Covid safety measures in place. The roof top bar is incredible -definitely check it out for a drink or two at the end of your evening.

Prós: quarto incrível, ótima equipe, ótima decoração, ótima localização no centro da Gran Via. Todos os elementos do quarto eram muito modernos e frescos!Contras: pode ser barulhento às vezes, mas é esperado quando reservar um lugar na avenida principal. É também a rota principal para veículos de emergência, então as sirenes em uma noite de sábado podem ser um pouco exageradas.

Pros: amazing room, great staff, great decor, great location at the centre of Gran Via. All elements of the room were very modern and fresh! Cons: can get noisy at times but expected when booking a place on the main strip. It is also the main route for emergency vehicles so the sirens on a Saturday night can be a bit much.

Una velada extraordinaria! Con Dj en vivo y excelente carta de vinos y bebidas. Lo recomiendo totalmente, además que el lugar está muy bien ubicado con buenas vistas. Servicio 10/10, volveré!

Splendid stay at a lovely hotel. The staff is amazing, the location is perfect and the rooms are great. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in Madrid.

Es lamentable que el portero de la planta baja de este hotel empañe nuestra experiencia tratandonos como si este establecimiento fuese una discoteca. Con la intención de acceder a la terraza, subimos y amablemente nos indicaron que necesitamos una reserva. Al bajar para salir de forma algo ruda y descortés su portero del día 29 de junio a las 21 horas nos recriminó con muy mala educación que no debíamos haber accedido. Les invito si esto es así a poner un panel en la planta baja que diga "Acceso a la terraza únicamente con reserva".Volveremos (con reserva) y un ☹️ para el portero. Hostelería = amabilidad
