One of the best Hyatt hotels I've been to. Great accomodations, clean room, and great value and free breakfast!!

Eu realmente gosto da configuração do Hyatt House parece uma interação de luz de dormitório, café, ginásio, piscina, bons chuveiros e camas confortáveis. Vista 6º andar dos mts Silverado.

Serviço muito excelente e verdadeiramente útil! Alexis, na recepção, faz milagres, ela foi capaz de atender a todos os pedidos na situação de rápida mudança. Nos sentimos realmente bem-vindos e cuidados, profundamente gratos por toda a ajuda. O nosso quarto era muito limpo e confortável, ótima estadia.

Very excellent and truly helpful service! Alexis at the reception desk is a miracle worker, she was able to accommodate all out requests in the rapidly changing situation. We felt truly welcome and cared for, deeply grateful for all the help. Our room was very clean and comfortable, great stay.

Nice place to stay

4 stars rating 8/4/2020 visit: big improvement in breakfast still needs some twitches, I really respect properties that upgrade you according to your status when available without you need to ask so thank you so much, the app check in and new features are outstanding, the property well utilized app self check new features to the full extent. You would get a five stars for this stay if you at least kept the gym open for the treadmill, many properties in California maintain continues cleaning of their gyms and kept it open especially with very low demand on the gyms, keeping the gym door open to completely with the state recommendation, some properties will take the gym equipment out door to provide a better experience to third guests. Front desk as always are so sweet but can't do more than they are permitted by the management. One star rating 5/2/2020visit: $18 for parking Hyatt Regency not far away just next to John wayne airport is for free. With a bit better Internet service. I hate to give low rating but my stay was very bad. Didn't sleep well need to leave in the middle of the night to get Internet to upload my work files and finish some emails.

Eu estava tão esperançoso quando inicialmente reservei este hotel que a família precisava desesperadamente de uma escapadela. Venha descobrir que este lugar não vale o dinheiro. Estou dando duas estrelas porque tínhamos um lugar para passar a noite e talvez eu não tenha tanto direito de reclamar, mas eu gastei mais de $ 200 a mais como $ 300 depois de todo o dinheiro que eles precisam manter que será reembolsado, eu acho , só por uma noite. Eu não me importaria se sentisse que o dinheiro foi bem gasto. Este lugar cheira, não é o mais limpo, a piscina não está aberta por causa da corona, então nem perca tempo. Uma das TVs da sala de estar não funcionava, e liguei apenas para saber que não haveria ninguém até o dia seguinte (check-out são 11h) me diga qual é o ponto de consertá-la então ?? Nem todos os interruptores de luz funcionam, o banheiro não trava e a luz do banheiro funciona quando quer. Economize seu dinheiro e reserve o lugar mais barato. Reservei este lugar por causa dos comentários e não tenho idéia como este lugar classificado tão bem. Estou muito desapontado por estar aqui apenas por uma noite e não voltarei. ECONOMIZE SEU DINHEIRO, mal podia esperar para postar isso depois que partíssemos. Ainda estamos aqui, espero que o check-out seja uma brisa amanhã eles deveriam ter nos mudado para outro quarto e compensado ou algo que eles não têm desculpa por causa de toda essa confusão de corona, há muitas vagas.

I was so hopeful when initially booking this hotel, the family was in desperate need of a getaway. Come to find out this place isn’t worth the money at all. I’m giving it two stars because we had a place to stay for the night and maybe I don’t have as much right to complain but I spent over $200 more like $300 after whatever money they need to hold which will be refunded I guess, just for ONE NIGHT. I wouldn’t mind if I felt like the money was well spent. This place smells, it’s not the cleanest, the pool is not open because of corona so don’t even waste the time. One of the TVs in the living room didn’t work which I called about just to be told there won’t be anyone in until the next day(check out is 11am) tell me what’s the point of fixing it then?? The light switches don’t all work, the bathroom doesn’t lock and the bathroom light works when it wants to. Save your money and book the less expensive place. I booked this place because of the reviews and have no idea how this place rated so well. I’m very disappointed I’m only here for one night and I will not be back. SAVE YOUR MONEY, I couldn’t even wait to post this till after we were gone. We are still here, Hope check out is a breeze tomorrow they should have moved us to another room and compensated or something they have no excuse because of all of this corona hassle there are plenty of vacancies.

Muito bom quarto. Limpo e confortável. Excelente serviço. Hyatt é muito coerente com serviço ao cliente e Nice quartos a um preço razoável. Aproveite o tempo e junte-se ao clube Hyatt. Vale a pena.

Very nice room. Clean and comfortable. Excellent service. Hyatt is very consistent with customer service and nice rooms at a fair price. Take the time and join the Hyatt club. It's worth it.

ONLY uses chromecast on the TV. if you don't have it or don't care to set it up, you're out of luck. its the only way you're going to turn on the TV. I wasn't expecting this, and quite frankly...

Nice friendly staff. We had a suite and the kitchen was was great! It would be nice to have a patio/balcony and more outside spaces. But they have a free breakfast, a bar and a limited menu...
