The front desk staff were absolutely amazing. Yannick was superb with his customer service to myself and my associate during our stay. There were no questions left unanswered, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll definitely be staying here again!! I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Nós já estivemos aqui mais de uma dúzia de vezes. É muito conveniente para lojas e restaurantes. O hotel fica a apenas 10 minutos da escola para a qual nossa filha estuda no sábado. A equipe muda algumas vezes a cada poucos meses, mas eles são sempre prestativos e amigáveis. Eles geralmente garantem que recebamos o quarto que desejamos. Minha família e eu realmente não nos importamos com o café da manhã, já que covid trouxe mudanças no menu. O GA 400 também está muito perto.

We have stayed here more than a dozen times. It is very convenient to shops and dining. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the school our daughter goes to on Saturday. The staff changes some every few months, but they are always helpful and friendly. They usually make sure we get the room we want. My family and I don't really care for the breakfast since covid has brought menu changes. GA 400 is very close too.

Percevejos. Você pode ver pelas fotos. Contei 104 picadas de percevejos em meu corpo. Eu até tenho mordidas no meu pe * is. O hotel parece muito bem conservado, mas o serviço ao cliente foi horrível. 4 dias de estadia e sem serviço de quarto. Nem mesmo depois de solicitar! Hyatt nunca é assim. Eu não vou ficar neste hyatt novamente nunca.

Bed bugs. You can see from the photos. I counted 104 bed bug bites on my body. I even got bites on my pe*is. The hotel looks very well kept but customer service was horrible. 4 day stay and no room service. Not even after requesting! Hyatt is never like this. I will not stay at this hyatt again ever.

Eu geralmente fico em hotéis Hyatt durante minhas viagens e sempre tive uma estadia muito confortável. Mas, para minha surpresa, fiquei desapontado com este local específico. O quarto estava úmido, os lençóis estavam sujos e havia cabelos nas fronhas. O quarto não estava bem limpo e estava empoeirado. O AC definitivamente precisa ser atualizado. Tenho confiado nesta cadeia há muito tempo, mas definitivamente não ficaria neste local novamente.

I mostly stay in Hyatt hotels during my travels and have always had a very comfortable stay. But to my surprise, i was disappointed with this particular location. The room was damp, sheets were dirty and there was hair on the pillow covers. The room wasn’t well cleaned and was dusty. The AC definitely needs to be upgraded. I have trusted this chain for a long time but would definitely not be staying at this location again.

Ao chegar para o check-in, a equipe da recepção teve um confronto ruidoso com outro hóspede. Em vez de um membro da equipe puxando o hóspede indisciplinado de lado e nos ajudando com nosso check-in, a equipe do Hyatt me pediu. Para esperar, enquanto eles terminavam de "ajudar o outro hóspede", fui submetido a seu confronto ruidoso pelos próximos 5 minutos ou por isso, antes que um dos funcionários da recepção finalmente me registrasse. Após o check-in, eu estava trazendo nossa bagagem com meus filhos, que estavam incrivelmente felizes e entusiasmados por estar aqui. Enquanto eles riam e davam risadinhas no corredor, o mesmo membro da equipe que me registrou se dirigiu diretamente aos meus filhos, afirmando que este é um hotel que você tem que ficar quieto à noite. Eu levo isso a sério, pois nenhum outro adulto deve se dirigir aos meus filhos quando estou presente. Especialmente quando essa pessoa está fazendo suposições e estereotipando minha família. Coloquei meus bebês às 9h30 para descansar durante nosso sábado agitado. Das 23h30 às 5h, éramos acordados por música alta, gente bêbada caindo nos corredores e tentando entrar nas salas erradas, festas barulhentas e barulho de batidas. Parece que esse barulho foi aceitável a noite toda, mas as risadas dos meus filhos eram de alguma forma perturbadoras. Esta é de longe a PIOR experiência que já tivemos em um Hyatt! A falta de respeito e profissionalismo não é algo que eu esperava de uma rede que usamos e com a qual nos sentimos confortáveis por muitos anos. Não fomos tratados como hóspedes valiosos e flagrantemente discriminados. Estou extremamente decepcionado e não vou ficar com este local novamente.

The room is comfortable, it lacked a microwave and coffee maker, but well, they don't have an open pool since it is outside.Delicious breakfast coffee and orange juice, just missing hot food. ( cuarto está cómodo, le faltó microondas y cafetera, pero bien, no tienen alberca abierta ya que esta en el exterior. el café del desayuno y el jugo de naranja deliciosos, solo le falta comida caliente.)

Upon arriving for check in, the front desk staff was engaged in a loud confrontation with another guest. Instead of one staff member pulling the unruly guest aside and helping us with our check in, the Hyatt staff asked me.to wait, while they finished "assisting the other guest," I was subjected to their loud confrontation for the next 5 minutes or so before one of the front desk staff finally checked me in. Following check in, I was bringing our luggage up with my children who were incredibly happy and excited to be here. As they laughed and giggled in the hall, the same staff member who checked me in, addressed my children directly stating that this is a hotel you have to be quiet in the evenings. I take serious issue with this as no other adult should be addressing my children when I am present. Especially when that person is making assumptions and stereotyping my family. I put my babies down at 930 to rest for our busy Saturday. From about 1130pm until around 5am, we were kept awake by loud music, drunk people falling in the halls and trying to enter the wrong rooms, loud partying and banging noises. It seems this noise was acceptable all night but my children's giggles were somehow disruptive. This is by far the WORST experience we have ever had at a Hyatt! The lack of respect and professionalism is not something I expected from a chain we have used and been comfortable with for many years. We were not treated as valued guests and blatantly discriminated against. I am incredibly disappointed and will not be staying with this location again.
