“First off once you get past the lobby the place is dirty. The carpets have not been cleaned or vacuumed in a while. There was only one working elevator and it is slow. Once we got to the 3rd floor, there is no wall paper, and pretty dirty and dark.. The room numbers are written on tape stuck masking tape next to the doors. Hoping the room was better, it was also dirty and the pillow cases were stained. After a long drive, we decided just make the best out of it and get some rest. Only to be woken up by people yelling in the hallway. Went by the front desk in the morning, they were running around busy taking care of the breakfast and coffee crowd. Will not be back to this place, definitely not up to the Hyatt quality that have experienced at other locations. More on par with motel 8/days inn..”

“I want to give a huge credit to Kiana F. As she went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. I wish there was at least one of her at every hotel we stay at. She isn't probably paid enough for her efforts and personal touch.”
