“So honestly it’s a cute hotel , rooms are big and rates are reasonable. But this place has a serious housekeeping problem and covid definitely is not an excuse for being lazy. First when I checked in, in my room’s bathroom there was a dirty towel on the floor and clothes tags on the floor which makes me doubt the bathroom cleanliness as whole. Second, i have put in a request for towels to be changed daily because my boys (3 teenagers) are on a tournament and would shower a lot. And guess what , I stayed from Wednesday morning till Sunday and i had towels only Saturday when I called 4 times. Third, i had zero housekeeping for the whole visit. Only they emptied the trashcans after 3 days ( it was already over flowing) Forth the comforter for the bed was white and had black stains on it masked with another flat sheet I won’t be coming again. I won’t recommend. My expectations were not met and i am sorry but I really don’t think covid is an excuse…..”
