“We reserved a king room. Which we already paid for before we checked in. Upon arrival at around 8pm, Matt at the front desk apologized and said we don't have any king rooms available. They gave us a double bed room. Matt said to check tomorrow to switch rooms. I went to the front desk in the morning, and Cory said, yes Matt made a note, and you'll have a king room around 1pm. We'll give you a call when it's ready. No call was made. We came back from our day out that evening, and Matt was again at the front desk. He again said, they don't have anymore king bed rooms available. Check again in the morning. I said I did that our first night. He said sorry and would give us a $50 credit. The following day we checked in the morning again, and Cory said, yes you have a new room. Check back at 10am. At 10 am we finally got into our king room which we originally reserved. We had two nights in a queen room, and we wanted to talk to a manager upon check out to discuss an appropriate credit. Upon check out on our 5 day there, Cory said the manager isn't in but you can call to discuss the credit that Matt said he would give. We have called Gina, the general manager twice and she has not returned our call. Poor customer service, and a lack of follow through on many accounts. We are still looking for a credit for our stay. Also the queen beds are full beds. Not queen.”
