Very expensive for service and room received. Made reservations more than a month prior to trip. Requested early check in — no. Requested high floor room arrived and was placed on floor 2. No views of Niagara Falls from ANY floor or window so don’t believe their advertising. Outdoor terrace was closed. When making reservations said I had a gift card they would not take it over the phone. Tried to apply it at checkout but they still would not take it. $381 for one night in a regular room. I could have stayed across the street at Comfort Inn for so much less. Only reason I stayed at Hyatt was to use $100 gift card which was never applied. Will never stay in a Hyatt property again. Poor service on site and poor customer service by phone.

Boa estrutura de hotel e bem localizado. Quarto amplo, confortável e com decoração moderna.Serviço de limpeza do quarto RUIM desde nossa chegada: - Quantidade de toalhas não suficientes, faltou toalha de chão. - Carpete do quarto com farelos. - Não havia rolo reserva de papel higiênico e o disponível estava pela metade. - Caneca de louça da cafeteira estava suja.No último dia (hoje 24/Out), quando chegamos no quarto o banheiro estava pior do que deixamos. As toalhas usadas foram retiradas e não houve reposição. O cesto de lixo estava no meio do banheiro sem o saco protetor. Caneca usada permaneceu na pia. E se não bastasse, duas latinhas do suco Minute Maid sumiram.Reclamamos na recepção e somente recebemos as toalhas de banho.Detalhe: todos os dias deixamos gorjeta para a arrumadeira.Partiremos amanhã e certamente não retornaremos mais a este Hotel.

Hotel muito bom perto das Cataratas do Niágara, a 5 minutos a pé. Frigobar Bom café da manhã. Quartos amplos e camas confortáveis. Igual.

A equipe foi simpática e amigável. O café da manhã era bom, eles tinham várias opções de frios e 3 alimentos quentes incluem panquecas e ovos mexidos. Você não deve esperar um buffet de café da manhã perfeito, mas é bom. O quarto era bem desenhado e limpo, mas o nosso quarto ficava no segundo andar e a vista era horrível, o que você pode ver nas minhas fotos. Pedimos para mudar, mas eles não tinham nenhum outro quarto, então certifique-se de não reservar o primeiro e o segundo andar! Mas o hotel fica muito perto das cataratas e você pode ir e ver as luzes das cataratas à noite até as 2 da manhã.

Um dia e já desapontado. O quarto está ok, o carpete tem uma boa quantidade de manchas, deve ser melhor limpo ou substituído. Desceu para o café da manhã e totalmente decepcionado. Nada como retratado no site; por favor, não culpe a Covid. Nenhuma desculpa para um Hyatt. Então, estamos comendo e um trabalhador começa a varrer o chão com uma vassoura em torno de todos que estão comendo, levantando bastante poeira. Solicitado por saquinhos de chá regulares, não de ervas, não. Ainda bem que trouxe alguns de casa para o caso. Nem a qualidade do Hyatt. E quase todos os hóspedes estão aqui com um gato e / ou cachorro. Pobres pessoas que têm alergia a animais. Vamos torcer para que o dia 2 seja melhor.

Um lindo hotel. Dá para ver as quedas do último andar, que tem um mirante. O bar tem ótimas bebidas e feliz com nossos preços para vinho e cerveja. A comida do bar também é boa.

The staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good they had several cold option and 3 warm food include pancakes and scrambled eggs. You shouldn’t expect perfect buffet breakfast but it is good. The room was well designed and clean but our room was in second floor and the view was awful which you can see in my photos. We asked to change but they didn’t have any other room so make sure don’t book first and second floor! But the hotel is really close to the falls and you can go and see falls in lights at night till 2 am.

One day in and disappointed already. Room is ok, carpet has a good amount of stains, should be better cleaned or replaced. Came down for breakfast and totally disappointed. Nothing like pictured on the website; please don’t blame Covid. No excuse for a Hyatt. Then we’re eating and a worker starts sweeping the floor with a broom around everyone eating, stirring up lots of dust. Asked for regular tea bags not herbal, nope. Glad I brought some from home just in case. Not Hyatt quality at all.And almost every guest is here with a cat and/or dog. Poor folks that have animal allergies. Let’s hope day 2 is better.

A beautiful hotel.You can see the falls from the top floor, which has an observation deck.The bar has great drinks and happy our prices for wine and beer.The food at the bar is good too.

Fizemos nosso casamento aqui e adoramos! A vista era deslumbrante e era um sonho. Tivemos alguns problemas com penetras de casamento, pequenos problemas de configuração e algumas inconsistências alimentares, mas nosso dia foi incrível! Não veio sem problemas, mas não foi culpa do hotel. Sarah foi incrível e se comunicou de forma eficaz.

We had our wedding here and we loved it! The view was stunning and it was such a dream. We had a few issues with wedding crashers, minor set up issues, and some food inconsistencies, but our day was amazing! It didn’t come without issues, but no fault to the hotel. Sarah was amazing and communicated effectively.

A equipe deste hotel é amigável e eficiente. Eles cuidaram muito de nós! É ótimo ficar perto o suficiente para caminhar até as Cataratas, Ilha Goat, Maid of the Mist e Cave of the Winds. Também fica ao lado da fronteira com o Canadá. O quarto era espaçoso, com uma cama muito confortável e uma grande casa de banho. Nós definitivamente ficaremos aqui de novo?

I've made Hyatt Place my home away from home when traveling for about 15 years now. I was disappointed and embarrassed with my recent stay at the Niagara Falls location. Embarrassed because this was my wife's first stay at a Hyatt Place and I raved to her on the drive up how nice of a hotel it is. Check in was swift and the staff was pleasant. The disappointment began when we got to our room. It was a handicap accessible though I didn't request or need. There were several good sized stains in the carpet of unknown origin. No curtains in the windows, just electric Venetian blinds that we couldn't lower or raise. If I was okay with stains in the carpet and no curtains I would have stayed at one of those motels you can rent by the hour. I didn't bother addressing these concerns with the staff because I shouldn't have had to. Not such a big deal was the lack of housekeeping during our 3 day stay. Never have I seen such a pathetic Hyatt breakfast. Uncovered piles of scrambled eggs, french toast, bacon and flies. No thank you. One of the things that got me loyal to staying at Hyatt Places was the premium blend of coffee available in the morning. Not so at this location, the coffee was more like coffee flavored water and full of coffee grounds. I haven't had coffee grounds in my coffee since I left the military 20 years ago. Parking was located about a block away and not free. I was charged over $35 for two nights. The stairwell of the parking garage was filthy, smelled of urine and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. I've always considered the HP 3+ stars but this location barely received 2 stars. I don't care if you're short staffed. Only allow the number of guests you have the staff to accommodate. I'm a no excuses type of guy, I want what I pay for and in this instance I didn't get it.

The staff at this hotel is friendly and efficient. They took great care of us! It's great to stay close enough to walk to the Falls, Goat Island, Maid of the Mist, and Cave of the Winds. It's right next to the Canadian border too. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom. We will definitely stay here again?

Breakfast was great and not just a bag as I read in other hotels! The Hyatt had a small rooftop area which was cool. The lobby was clean and there was a bar on the first floor by the lobby. The room could have been a little cleaner. Great location to the Falls, walking distance. I would definitely stay again just because the breakfast was great and there were so many options!

Loved everything about the place during my stay. The room was sparkling clean and had whatever was expected. The parking lot is a bit out of the way which is not very convenient but kind of manageable. The Niagara Falls is very near and we could see the fireworks from the windows. The helpful staff also made it great to stay here.

Oh my gosh! I love this place. I want to go back like tomorrow that’s how much I enjoyed staying here. Great views on Canada also of the falls seen rain bows out my window when I woke up I mean that topped the cake. My experience of this place is legendary! many restaurants right around the corner as well as stores. Very very nice.

My experience At this hotel was absolutely amazing! I didn't know it was as new as it was until I overheard the staff at the desk talking to another guest about it. I would definitely make this my number one choice when I come back to visit by the end of the year. There were absolutely no complaints about my room. The staff was very friendly, and welcoming. Any issue I had such as wanting extra towels, or questions about the area they were on top of it! The price of the breakfast, is definitely worth it when you have more than two or three people, it was better than a continental breakfast, the monkey bread was amazing (makes you wanna slap yo mama) lbvs! The only tiny issue I had, is the way the staff approaches you asking you what room number you're in to make sure you are charged for the breakfast, maybe they need a better approach, as far as walking up and saying y "and your room number again is". My friend and I sat at the bar and ordered food the day before we left. The veggie burger is absolutely delicious, my son enjoyed his burger, and wings. Again I had no issues, or complaints, and will definitely recommend this hotel if someone asked where should I stay at when visiting Niagara Falls.
