“Elsa at the front is the best possible person ever, she is so nice and kind and we were making jokes. The hotel looks very nice, only thing was surprising was the toilet and shower was in a little room and then the sink was out of it. The beds were very comfortable and I slept very good! The gym is nice and clean, cold too which feels amazing! The breakfast is good and has good options. I had a very nice time at this hotel and will come back if it’s needed”

“We had reservation here because of the pool being inside . Our money was taken then we were informed pool was closed due to COVID but note on door read that it had maintenance issues . Then we needed to do laundry and we were told again after getting change from the front desk that the guest laundry wasn't working . But yet we came in from dinner one night and a guest was using it . We were gonna just get our money back for the stay but we were told it would be days before we would have our money back . Hotel is very nice . Room was nice. Breakfast you are better off going down the street to Denny's . If you've kids looking to swim you better go elsewhere. We won't be back !”
