“Used Hyatt for a block of rooms for our wedding date. We also stayed at the hotel. Staff was very helpful throughout the entire process and the rooms were nice.”

“BEWARE.....Not anywhere on the website does it say there is a $50 per night charge for potential damages...After booking on line , I call this place to make sure there were no deposits or additional fee's, and she told me NO..So after hearing someone else complain, I checked our bank account, and sure enough, there is an additional $250 charge for a 5 night stay that was added to our bill...When we were checked in, by the General Manager, who never even asked for an ID of any sort , asked if we wanted to use the card on the file, again, never 1 time mentioned $50 per night charge.....after going to the front desk and complaining, and finding out it takes 5 to 10 business days for it to appear back on your card, only if there is no damage, she stands by her words, nothing she can do about it..BAD BUSINESS... Clean place, nice people...just Bad Business...”
