Nós amamos isso aqui todas as vezes. 💖 Fizemos o check-in tarde da noite. O quarto era confortável e certamente limpo. Exatamente o que esperávamos. Perguntamos sobre um quarto diferente apenas porque estávamos esperando uma configuração um pouco diferente e o que obtivemos foi excelente! Conforto, vista e atendimento impecável por toda parte!!

Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach is amazing!! It's not 5 star as in opulent but certainly 5 star in service, cleanliness, consistency and comfort!! We love it here every time. 💖 We checked in late at night. The room was comfortable and certainly clean. Exactly what we expected. We asked about a different room only because we were hoping for a slightly different set up and what we got was outstanding! Comfort, view, and impeccable service all around!!

Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach This facility is a must stay location. It places you in the heart of Waikiki. Visitors will have access to the local zoo, a short walk to the beach, and surrounded by many establishments to explore. The staff of they Hyatt are very polite and helpful and will make you feel welcomed. I can not speak to how prompt and respectful the valet staff are. Though the parking can run you some funds, it is worth it. If you need to head out early during your stay, the valet staff will be more than willing to pre-stage your car for your convenience. I highly recommend that you tip them. They really do put in the work to make your stay stress free. The cleaning staff are to die for. They work fast and make sure you have every need you could possibly want to make your stay comfortable. If I would have known how awesome this place was, I would have booked it for longer, while waiting for a house offer. If you are military jump on the opportunity to stay in this fine establishment. You won’t regret it.

Sentimentos mistos sobre a minha estadia de um mês no Hyatt para trabalhar. O bom: pequeno-almoço gratuito, camas confortáveis, toalhas de praia disponíveis gratuitamente na recepção. Funcionários simpáticos e arrumação oportuna. Quartos com preços razoáveis e taxas de resort mais baixas do que a maioria dos hotéis da região. Você pode despachar suas malas no saguão após o check-out, se não estiver saindo imediatamente para o aeroporto. A recepção foi capaz de devolver um pacote que chegou depois que eu fiz o check-out, e foi flexível sobre minha esposa aparecendo enquanto eu estava fora para o dia de trabalho. O ruim: apenas 3 lavadoras e três secadoras para mais de 12 andares de quartos, geralmente todos ocupados, a lavanderia era cara e a lavanderia era inconveniente para chegar. Alarmes falsos de incêndio dispararam duas vezes durante a minha estadia, uma tarde da noite e outra pouco antes das 6 da manhã. Não há desculpas do hotel por isso e, por meus colegas mais antigos, essas foram as quarta e quinta vezes que isso aconteceu desde janeiro. Os salões não eram muito silenciosos à noite, o que tornava difícil para aqueles de nós que estavam lá para trabalhar e não para férias. Cobrou meu trabalho por dias que deveriam ter sido cobrados no meu cartão pessoal após vários lembretes, e a recepção infelizmente não conseguiu resolver isso.

Ficamos aqui para nossa lua de mel. Perto de lojas, restaurantes e, mais importante, da bela praia. Jeff e Ryan foram absolutamente fantásticos!! Cuidou muito de nós, muito informativo com idéias de coisas para fazer, lugares para ir e ótimo para conversar. Caras muito legais. Mixed feelings about my month long stay at the Hyatt for work. The good: free breakfast, comfortable beds, beach towels available for free from the front desk. Friendly staff members, and timely housekeeping. Reasonably priced rooms and lower resort fees than most hotels in the area. You are able to check your bags in the lobby after checking out if you aren't immediately leaving for the airport. The front desk was able to return a package that arrived after I checked out, and was flexible about my spouse showing up while I was away for the day at work. The bad: only 3 washers and three dryers for over 12 floors of rooms, usually all taken, laundry was expensive to do, and the laundry room was inconvenient to get to. False fire alarms went off twice during my stay, once late at night and once just before 6 am. No apologies from the hotel for this, and per my longer staying colleagues, these were the fourth and fifth times that this has happened since January. The halls were not very quiet at night, which made it hard for those of us who were there for work and not vacation. Charged my work for days that should've been charged to my personal card after multiple reminders, and the front desk was unfortunately unable to resolve this.

Amazing hotel and very close to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. We had 2 queen beds, a couch, a desk with a Keurig, a nice bathroom, fridge, and plenty of room to stretch out. The breakfast was the most efficient, quick, and delicious all-inclusive hot breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. It was so amazing to eat by the pool and watch the sun rise. The picture was looking out from the pool-side as it rose in the morning. They also offer free towels, boogie boards, and beach toys for the kids you can borrow. They also have free water bottle refill stations in the lobby. Definitely worth the stay!

We had the best stay at Hyatt Place Waikiki! Room was clean and comfortable. They upgraded us and let us check in early. This review is mostly for the customer service, from our early check-in, to the valet to the bartender we felt so taken care of! They even let you borrow beach chairs for the day. Would 100% stay here again.

Rooms were comfortable and we had oceanview. The continental breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of variety. Every day there was scrambled eggs/egg sandwich, a piece of fruit (orange or apple), yogurt, meat, (sausage or bacon) coffee and juice. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to many places to eat or shop. You can get two Boogie boards and two towels at the front desk to take to the beach which was a nice perk. The zoo is within walking distance.

I stayed here last week. I have stayed in Hyatt place in different cities and the Waikiki beach one is way below par compared to them. This doesn't even look like a Hyatt, it seems like an old hotel which the Hyatt group took ownership of. I have listed the pros and cons below. The hotel doesn't have enough parking spaces , so be sure to check with them before you go on your first day because I had to park near the parking space for the zoo since all the nearby parking spots were taken. I think it's the responsibility of the hotel to at-least communicate with their customers about the limited parking space in the hotel. You can't advertise valet parking on your website and ask your customer to park somewhere else. They did reserve a parking spot the next morning once I complained to the management but I had already been awake the night before to extend the time for the zoo parking space. I was able to find cheaper parking nearby for half the price in the morning so why should I take your $45+ valet parking? I booked this room 2 months in advance and I was given a room on floor 2 which had a literally garbage view, so are you telling me everything above floor 2 was already booked way before 2 months? I find it hard to believe. I am not staying in another Hyatt hotel ever.Pros: 1) Close to beach 2) They give you towels and chairs to take on the beach(included with destination fee)Cons: 1) Smaller rooms 2) Floor 2-4 should be called street view and not city view 3) Outdated interior, the bathroom didn't even have a tub and there was a useless rod which was rusty inside the shower space. 4) Breakfast - French toast was cold and hard. scrambled eggs could be better, they were undercooked. Same breakfast everyday.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Close to stores, restaurants, and most important, the beautiful beach. Jeff and Ryan were absolutely fantastic!! Took great care of us, very informative with ideas of things to do, places to go, and just great to chat with. Very cool dudes. Hotel is great with free beach towels and chairs every day. We can't wait to come back!! 💗

My husband and I were on our honeymoon and we chose the Hyatt Place to stay. The experience was great. The hotel was extremely clean, breakfast was wonderful. The employees were super helpful. Very close to the beach, we love the location. The only thing We didn't like was the ocean view room, view was limited because others hotels, But we liked it overall. Thank you.

ótima localização me levou 2 minutos para wal para a praia 🏖 eles fornecem 2 cadeiras por quarto, mas são baixas para os adultos, então esteja ciente de muitos lugares para comer na área. Há ônibus que te levam por toda a ilha pegue um cartão de ônibus do ABC pegue o passe o dia todo por 5,50 economize muito dinheiro e você pode ver a ilha você ganha 5 dólares por dia para gastar no bar todo mundo foi muito legal.

Probably the smallest hotel room I've ever had. But it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.A view of the small hotel across the street, which was extremely entertaining after a few drinks. The staff was super friendly and kept me updated prior to my arrival with texts. They seem to be fairly animal-friendly as well. Hyatt place Waikiki is in a convenient location and would be my choice when I have to make another trip back to that part of Waikiki. Oh I forgot to mention they gave me a tip on saving on the parking by parking at a condominium across the street.

No major complaints. Got a good deal, housekeepers were really excellent rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel is good overall, street noise permeates into the room easily however as does the dinging Everytime one of the 3 elevators comes to the floor.

great location took me 2 minutes to wal to the beach 🏖 they provide 2 chairs per room but they are low to the grown so be aware lots of places to eat in the area. There is buses that take you all over the island get a bus card from the ABC get the all day pass for 5.50 save lots of money and you can see the island you get 5 bucks a day to spend at the bar everyone was really nice .

El hotel en general está bien La atención de su personal es muy buena Exaltando la amabilidady atención de Richard el encargado de orientar y ofrecer los diferentes planes que se pueden realizar en la isla.El aseo de las habitaciones es buena, pero falta mantenimiento del tapete es sucio.El desayuno del hotel es regulary sin variedad durante los 9 días que estuvimos alojados ofrecian lo mismo todos los días. (Si contemplan pagarlo en su estadía no lo hagan, es mi recomendación)

Eu estava aqui para minha reunião de cooperação. Ainda bem que escolhi este hotel para ficar. Localização conveniente, a menos de 5 minutos a pé da praia. A instalação é limpa e tem uma excelente prática de precaução COVID 19. O quarto é espaçoso. A equipe é bem vestida, amigável, especialmente a recepção nos fez sentir bem-vindos e eles valorizaram a nossa estadia. O centro de informática é atualizado e conveniente para uso dos hóspedes. A barra de café da manhã precisa ter mais variedade de alimentos. No entanto, tem um excelente bar de café e chá / bebida. Acima de tudo, este hotel é mais do que a expectativa de um hotel de 3 estrelas. Nós definitivamente voltaremos a este lugar.

I was here for my cooperate meeting. Glad that I chose this hotel to stay. Convenient location, less than 5 minutes walking to the beach. The facility is clean and has an excellent COVID 19 precaution practice. Room is spacious. Staff is well-dressed, friendly, especially the front desk made us feel welcomed and they valued our stay. Computer center is up-to-dated and convenient for guests to use. Breakfast bar needs to have more variety of food. However, it has outstanding coffee and tea/drink bar. Over all, this hotel is more than what expectation from a 3-star hotel. We definitely will return to this place.

We had a GREAT visit at the Hyatt Place! I had read some sketchy reviews and was getting nervous before we arrived. All of the complaints were unfounded. Elevator service was more than fine; parking WAS across the street, but very close and very accommodating. Pool had limited capacity due to Covid, but who wants to be at the pool when you have Waikiki beach across the street? Breakfast was eggs, potatoes and sausage, more than fine and more than enough.Overall we had an outstanding visit. Best of all were the staff. They were ALL so friendly and outgoing, from maintenance, front desk, valets and housekeeping.Our trip was perfect. Especially the view!

To be honest, spend a little more and stay at the Hyatt regency down the road. Hyatt place is a dump. Our room was dirty, there is almost no sound deadening so you hear all the hustle and bustle of the alley/street next to the hotel. Only thing it has going for it is a good location otherwise this hotel isnt worth it's price and is more similar to a motel 6 than a Hyatt property anywhere else. Edit: forgot to mention that the staff are helpful and courteous as well.

Ótimo hotel e lugar maravilhoso perto da praia de Wikiki. Recebemos atualização gratuita também. Muitas atividades por perto. Em primeiro lugar, eles levam a sério o covid 19 mandato, senti-me seguro durante a nossa estadia de 1 semana. GRANDE EQUIPE. Fácil acesso a vários pontos turísticos: praia, lojas ABC, restaurantes, aluguel de carros, etc. Café da manhã ok para viagem, tem frigobar, sem banheira, a porta do banheiro pode ser bem confortável, tamanho de varanda decente. O preço do manobrista era bom para a localização e acessibilidade. Animais de estimação, então você pode ouvir alguns latidos de outros quartos. Eles têm apenas 2 elevadores, mas são rápidos o suficiente com cerca de 5 minutos de espera durante a hora do rush. 20-25min de distância do aeroporto. No geral, era um hotel decente.

Great hotel and wonderful place close to Wikiki beach. We received free upgrade also. Lots of activities near by. Tour specialist (Richard) helped us out with planning our entire trip including excursions in Kauai.Only drawback was breakfast.Due to Covid, they were serving few items and you can't sit and eat.

First off, they are serious about the covid 19 mandate, felt safe throughout our 1 week stay. GREAT STAFF. Easy access to various tourist spots: the beach, ABC stores, restaurants, rental cars, and so on. Okay to-go breakfast, has mini fridge, no bathtub, the door to toilet can be quite snug, decent balcony size. Valet price was okay for the location and accessibility. Pet friendly, so you might hear some barking from other rooms. They only have 2 elevators but they are fast enough with about 5min wait during rush hour. 20-25min away from the airport. Overall, it was a decent hotel.

Son muy amables en el front desk, especialmente la Sra Lissa. Y todo el servicio muy amables.Pero el hotel en las habitaciones necesita más silencio, se filtra mucho la luz y el ruido, más apertura en los canales de tv y el servicio al cuarto tarda más de 2 hr. Para una,toalla limpia, papel higiénicos o una almohada.

These cakes are outstanding!! We ordered all of them and loved them. They have so many layers and aren't overwhelming at all. I had the regular but my family had the other slices and said they were amazing as well. They were quick with such a large order and knew everything in the store.

I was very upset at their lack of shuttle service at first. But this hotel is very,very nice, and do provide a cab ride with a very respectful and respected cab company at a very good price. Very friendly and well dressed employees.I am very satisfied with my whole experience with my stay here. Very nice accommodations and great experiences.

Our room was updated and very nice. The bed was comfortable but the pillows felt like they pulled out all of the feathers inside. Their website is very misleading about parking. Upon arriving right at check in, we found out there was no valet parking AND no self parking. They suggested going to another hotel to park and pay double the price to park there. They were not apologetic at all and laughed at the whole situation. If I knew I was going to have to park at a different hotel I would have reserved a different hotel with parking available so me and my pregnant wife didn't have to walk so far. During our stay, an employee walked into our room unannounced right when I was walking out of the shower. The employee and I were both a bit shocked. At a hotel like the Hyatt, this should not happen with no apologies. Come to find out, the privacy lock on the door was actually locked when the employee entered and did not keep the door closed. If he would have walked in on my wife all hell would have broken loose. Free breakfast in a bag during COVID was very nice. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Excellent hotel close to Waikiki beach, it's clean and staff are polite. They have a concierge desk to help setup activities like surfing, para sailing, ATV etc. Due to pandemic, breakfast is served in a takeout bag, it's a sausage sandwich, fruit, yogurt, boiled egg and muffin. Coffee and tea all day, and so are beach towels. Restaurants are within walking distance, perfect place to walk or jog early AM.

No es un hotel 4 estrellas depronto 3 . 2 torres de 20 pisos para una piscina de 3x3, colchones demaciado incomodos , aire acondicionado demaciado Bulloso, banos antiguos.
