“Rooms are adequate, decent hot water pressure. In room internet is a bit slow. The location is convenient to many downtown destinations. Restaurant and bar are overpriced as expected but lots of really good options for food and drink nearby. Odd lobby arrangement in that you enter on the ground floor and must take an elevator up to the main lobby. I would stay here again.”

“Hyatt is commonly known for its quality of the rooms and services, but I was disappointed with my five-night stay at Hyatt Regency Boston. Last year I stayed at Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor, a beautiful facility with nice rooms and better services. Hyatt Regency Boston is an overpriced hotel that comes around $500 per night and includes a room rate of $455 per night and an undisclosed $30 per night as destination fees. None of the amenities included in it are worth using. Also, a cup of brewed coffee (which was cold) downstairs was charged at $6 (Not Starbucks). AC was not working at night and complained multiple times still not able to resolve them. We also got assigned a handicapped room where the shower was so inconvenient.”
