“Stayed 4 nights and house keeping did not come to our room a single time. We didn’t have a DND sign on the door. Had to call the front desk for more towels repeatedly.”

“The 1 star ⭐️ is for the beds and location. The receptionist at night told me and my family check out is at noon. After delayed flight we are very tired . We went to the hot tub. Smells like bleach no mineral water from The Rocky Mountains. The receptionist in the morning ( black hair seems Asian with fake long lashes ) gave a dirty look at us and said .Are you staying at the hotel ?like we are aliens. In my family we learned to greet people . “Good morning “ how was your trip ? Is your first time staying with us? We asked for coffee … she’s staring at us for 6 minutes and point over there !breakfast is mediocre. The next morning at 11 am sharp we woke up with 2 maids speaking in Spanish ( I’m a professor so I can speak 6 languages like native ) one maid tell the other one in a loud voice how she got pregnant.after laughing loud they came into our room and say house keeping ! We are naked inside the room with 2 Mexican maids. The pool is dirty. The manager is super rude as well. My family are phd doctors in Aspen hospital we decided to check out asp and go to another place where we can rest at least 8 hours without all this drama . We do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. La 1 estrella ⭐️ es por las camas y la ubicación. La recepcionista de la noche me dijo a mí y a mi familia que la salida es al mediodía. Después de un vuelo retrasado estamos muy cansados. Fuimos al jacuzzi. Huele a lejía sin agua mineral de Las Montañas Rocosas. La recepcionista de la mañana (el cabello negro parece asiático con pestañas postizas largas) nos miró con desdén y dijo: "¿Se quedan en el hotel? Como si fuéramos extraterrestres". En mi familia aprendimos a saludar a la gente. “Buenos días” ¿Cómo estuvo tu viaje? ¿Es la primera vez que se hospeda con nosotros? Pedimos café… ¡nos mira fijamente durante 6 minutos y señala hacia allá! El desayuno es mediocre. A la mañana siguiente a las 11 am en punto nos despertamos con 2 sirvientas hablando en español (soy profesor así que puedo hablar 6 idiomas como nativo) una sirvienta le dice a la otra en voz alta cómo quedó embarazada. entró en nuestra habitación y dijo servicio de limpieza! Estamos desnudos dentro de la habitación con 2 sirvientas mexicanas. La piscina está sucia. El gerente también es muy grosero. Mi familia son médicos con doctorado en el hospital de Aspen. Decidimos revisar asp e ir a otro lugar donde podamos descansar al menos 8 horas sin todo este drama. NO RECOMENDAMOS ESTE LUGAR EN ABSOLUTO.”
