Estou profundamente triste com a minha estadia aqui. Nós fomos cobrados 100 dólares por estarmos 2 minutos em um check-out tardio. É realmente a época horrível em que vivemos. Não há nada de bom a dizer com esse gosto ruim na boca. Ganância e sem aloha. Apenas vergonhoso. Eu moro aqui e só queria levar meu filho e relaxar. Qualquer coisa menos isso.

Para o preço realmente muito ruim. Durante a nossa estadia de duas noites nos mudamos quartos duas vezes, uma vez porque nos deram quarto diferente do que pagamos, segunda vez porque o (s) alguém para o quarto nos mudaram para.O segundo dos três quartos em que estávamos na nossa visita de dois dias cheirava a ratos.O café da manhã é composto por ovos em pó, ovos cozidos em plástico, iogurte Yoplait, bagels / muffins ingleses de um saco plástico, bacon nuclear, chouriço pré-acabado, suco em minúsculos copos de plástico.Dormimos em 4 locais diferentes em Maui, começando aqui e agora no último dia posso dizer honestamente que este foi o pior alojamento fora do 4. Como eles cobram muito perto de tanto quanto o RitzCarlton é um mistério para mim. (Acho que foi 350 vs 390 / noite)Ponto positivo para estacionar em frente ao seu quarto, em um dos três prédios que eles têm.

I am deeply saddened by my stay here . We were charged 100 dollars for being 2 minutes over a late check out. It's really the ugly times we live in. There is nothing good to say with such a bad taste left In your mouth. Greed, and no aloha. Just shameful. I live here and just wanted to take my son and relax. Anything but that.

Eu já fiquei aqui algumas vezes e não posso dizer o suficiente sobre este hotel. A poucos passos da praia do açúcar - a localização é perfeita. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis e a equipe é muito prestativa. .

Me he alojado aquí varias veces y no puedo decir lo suficiente sobre este hotel. A solo unos pasos de Sugar Beach, la ubicación es perfecta. Las habitaciones están limpias y son cómodas y el personal es muy servicial. .

I've stayed here a few times and I can't say enough about this hotel. Just a few steps away from sugar beach - the location is perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is so helpful. .

Great location right across the street from the beach, but the property is very dated and expensive for what it is. While the Choice website advertises free hot breakfast included, they are not offering that due to COVID. Additionally, there are roosters/chickens right next to the hotel, so you’ll be woken up starting at 4am.

Nunca esquecerei minha estada com você no verão de 2019. Infelizmente, isso se deve aos motivos ruins. Deram-me um quarto sem ar condicionado que a recepcionista / gerente sabia de seu estado atual. (Havia um ac portátil colocado no lugar que não conseguia lidar com o tamanho da sala). Em seguida, eles nos transferiram para um quarto que não era da categoria que pagamos, nem queriam me reembolsar pelo downgrade. Em seguida, eles nos transferiram para um quarto infestado de formigas e sem água quente. Eu precisava cancelar naquele ponto. Há hotéis mais baratos e melhores do que este local com certeza (eu aprendi isso da maneira ruim). Eles não estão preparados para atender a demanda em épocas de grande movimento. A pior parte é quando eu disse ao "gerente" que ia dar a eles uma crítica negativa no mecanismo de busca G (este). Eles deram a entender que não se importavam, já que o dono do hotel trabalha para a empresa G. (Novamente sugerindo que eles poderiam fazer algo sobre as críticas negativas). Acho que eles estão fazendo algo, pois têm boas críticas nesta plataforma. Se você está lendo isto pensando em ficar aqui, eu o aconselho "ESTE HOTEL É MESMO QUE UM TRAILER STOP" e se você é o proprietário deste hotel e está lendo isto, você deve tomar providências para que sua equipe forneça suas informações pessoais (como ocupação).

I will never forget my stay with you on Summer 2019. Sadly this will be for the bad reasons. I was given a room with no working AC that the receptionist / manager knew of its current state. (There was a portable ac put in place that could not handle the room size). Then they switched us to a room that was not the category we paid for nor did they wanted to refund me for the downgrade. Then they switched us to a room infested with ants and no hot water. I needed to cancel at that point. There are cheaper and better hotels than this location for sure (I learned that the bad way). They are not prepared to meet the demand on crowded seasons. The worst part is that when I told "the manager" that I was going to give them a bad review on the G search engine (this one). They hinted that they did not care since the owner of the hotel works for the G company. (Again hinting that they could do something about bad reviews). I guess they are doing something since they do have good reviews on this platform. If you are reading this considering to stay here I advice you "THIS HOTEL IS EVEN WORSE THAN A TRAILER STOP" and if you are the owner of this hotel and you are reading this, you should do something about your staff giving away your personal information (like occupation).

Fomos agradavelmente surpreendidos por esta propriedade. Check-in foi rápido e os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo. Embora não listado no site, nosso quarto tinha uma geladeira, micro-ondas e cafeteira no quarto.É uma milha de compras e alguns restaurantes. Há um bom restaurante ao lado também. Com localização central, o aeroporto fica a apenas 15 minutos de distância e muitas atividades estão a 15-30 minutos da propriedade.A praia fica a algumas centenas de metros do escritório. Nunca estava lotado. Eles têm "equipamentos de praia" disponíveis para empréstimo. Não tenho certeza do que todos eles têm, mas as cadeiras de praia foram apreciadas. Parecia haver algumas bicicletas para empréstimo também.Há uma pequena piscina e sauna, e mesas ao ar livre para relaxar ou tomar o café da manhã.A única desvantagem ... A área de café da manhã é bastante pequena, com uma mesa do tamanho de um piquenique para sentar. Os privilégios de escolha padrão incluem café da manhã: ovos mexidos instantâneos, bacon, linguiça, panquecas e frutas.Não tínhamos água quente na primeira manhã, mas eles resolveram isso na manhã # 2.

Nos sorprendió gratamente esta propiedad. El registro fue rápido y el personal muy amable y servicial. La habitación era espaciosa y estaba limpia. Si bien no figura en el sitio web, nuestra habitación tenía una nevera, microondas y cafetera en la habitación.Está a 1 milla de las tiendas y algunos restaurantes. Hay un buen restaurante justo al lado. Con una ubicación céntrica, el aeropuerto está a solo 15 minutos y muchas actividades se encuentran a 15-30 minutos de la propiedad.La playa está a unos doscientos metros de la oficina. Nunca estuvo lleno de gente. Tienen "equipo de playa" disponible para prestar. No estoy seguro de qué tienen, pero las sillas de playa fueron apreciadas. Parece que también hay algunas bicicletas en préstamo.Hay una pequeña piscina y sauna, y asientos al aire libre para relajarse o desayunar.Los únicos inconvenientes ... We were pleasantly surprised by this property. Check in was quick and the staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. While not listed on the website our room did have a refrigerator, microwave and in-room coffee maker.It is 1 mile to shopping and quite a few restaurants. There is a good restaurant right next door as well. Centrally located, the airport is only about 15 minutes away and many activities are within 15-30 minutes of the property.The beach is a couple hundred yards from the office. It was never crowded. They have "beach gear" available to loan out. Not sure what all they have but the beach chairs were appreciated. Is there appeared to be a few bicycles for loan too.There is a small swimming pool and sauna, and outdoor seating for relaxing or eating breakfast.The only down sides... The breakfast area his rather small with one picnic sized table for seating inside. Standard choice privileges type breakfast: instant scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes and fruit.We did not have hot water the first morning, but they remedied that by morning #2.

Durante nuestra estadía de dos noches, cambiamos de habitación dos veces, una vez porque nos dieron una habitación diferente a la que pagamos, la segunda vez porque alguien reservó la habitación a la que nos mudaron.La segunda de las tres habitaciones en las que estuvimos en nuestra visita de dos días olía a ratones.El desayuno consiste en huevos en polvo, huevos duros de plástico, yogur Yoplait, bagels / muffins ingleses de una bolsa de plástico, tocino nuclear, chorizo precortado, jugo en diminutos vasos de plástico.Dormimos en 4 lugares diferentes en Maui, comenzando aquí y ahora, el último día, honestamente puedo decir que este fue el peor alojamiento de los 4. ¿Cómo cobran tan cerca como RitzCarlton es un misterio para mí? For the price really pretty bad. During our two night stay we moved rooms twice, once because they gave us different room than what we paid for, second time because the booked someone into the room they moved us into.The second of the three rooms we were in on our two day visit smelled like mice.Breakfast consists of powdered eggs,hard-boiled eggs in plastic, Yoplait yoghurt, bagels/English muffins from a plastic bag, nuclear bacon, precut chorizo, juice in tiny plastic cups.We slept at 4 different places on Maui, starting here and now on the last day I can honestly say this was the worst lodging off the 4. How do they charge very close to as much as RitzCarlton is a mystery to me. (I think it was 350 vs 390 / night)Plus point for parking right in front of your room, in one of the three buildings they have.
