Hotel muito bom. Localização excelente. Valet muito caro, mas há um estacionamento público na porta. Atendimento muito bom. Quarto de bom tamanho. Muito limpo e muito bem decorado. Tem um Starbucks no saguão como.opção.de café da manhã.

I had a FANTASTIC experience at this hotel. All of the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was nice, spacious, clean, and had a phenomenal bathroom. My only complaint was that I called the front desk and requested an extra set of flat sheets (2) and pillow cases (2) and they never arrived after more than 35 minutes. I called them back, however, and there might have been a shift change, but they immediately resolved the issue and quickly fulfilled my request. I had a very restful night with no distracting noise from other guests. Great experience.

No fim de semana de 3/4 meu noivo e eu ficamos no Loews Hotel no centro de ATL. A estadia foi incrível; desde a saudação ao entrar até a despedida ao sair. A equipe que encontrei foram nada menos que um serviço ao cliente sem esforço. Um grande obrigado a Megan McMahon, nós, como família, apreciamos sua simpatia e hospitalidade.Adoramos a suíte em que ficamos. A limpeza estava ótima, não tenho do que reclamar. Eu pedi o café da manhã no sábado e no domingo de manhã, no qual gostei dos dois dias. No geral foi uma ótima estadia. Um agradecimento especial à limpeza e ao manobrista pelo serviço. Eu recomendo o Loews Hotel ATL.

Hotel é lindo e limpo. Os quartos eram limpos diariamente.. dormimos bem.. O quarto era menor do que eu esperava. Recebemos um upgrade. Humm ok. Vista para um telhado e um edifício em obras. Foi-me oferecido outro quarto por 50 extra. Não, obrigado. Você já tem uma retenção excessiva de 150 por noite. não tem piscina ou micro-ondas. Os preços das comidas e bebidas são exorbitantes. Nunca poderia me mostrar por escrito para que serve a taxa de retenção

On the weekend of 3/4 my fiancé and myself stayed at the Loews Hotel in midtown ATL. The stay was amazing; from the greeting when entering to the goodbye when leaving. The staff I encountered were nothing short of effortless customer service. A big thank you to Megan McMahon, we as a family appreciate your friendliness and hospitality.We loved the suite we stayed in. The cleanliness was great, I have no complaints. I ordered breakfast both Saturday and Sunday morning in which I enjoyed both days. Overall it was a great stay. A special thanks to housekeeping and the valet for their service. I’d highly recommend the Loews Hotel ATL.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. Rooms were cleaned nicely on a daily basis.. we slept well.. The roomwas smaller than what I expected. We received an upgrade. Ummm ok . View to a roof and a building being worked on. I was offered another room for an 50 extra. No thanks.You already have an excessive hold of 150 a night.don't have a pool or microwave.Prices for food and drinks are outrageous. Never could show me in writing what hold fee was for

Very nice hotel. Lovely room, good food, friendly service. Can’t really complain about anything. Bathroom was spacious and nicely laid out. Appreciate the dog friendly amenities/gifts. Some mentioned a welcome package for kids but we did not receive this.

Experiência INCRÍVEL... para dizer o mínimo. Tivemos uma experiência não tão boa no Ritz-Carlton e decidimos mudar de hotel para Loews e nunca ficamos tão felizes! Andar na porta nos deu um suspiro de alívio, pois o hotel era super agradável. O check-in foi incrível e acolhedor. A equipe do bar foi super incrível, mas Devon, o bartender, se destacou sobre o resto e foi simplesmente DELICIOSO. Ela conversou conosco, nos ajudou, deu recomendações e ficamos tristes por ela não estar lá no nosso último dia! A senhora que trabalha no mercado (não peguei o nome dela) foi SUPER simpática e acolhedora, fez ótimas bebidas e ficou extremamente feliz por estar lá. Eu recomendaria esta experiência e certamente voltaremos quando visitarmos Atlanta novamente. Graças a uma grande experiência.

AMAZING experience... to say the least. We had a not-so-great experience at the Ritz-Carlton and decided to move hotels to Loews and we have never been so happy we did! Walking in the door gave us a sigh of relief as the hotel was super nice. Check-in was amazing and accommodating. The bar staff was super awesome but Devon the bartended stood out about the rest and was simply DELIGHTFUL. She talked to us, helped us, gave recommendations, and we were sad she wasn't there on our last day! The lady working in the market (I did not grab her name) was SUPER nice and accommodating, made great drinks, and was extremely happy to be there. I would recommend this experience and we will certainly be back when we visit Atlanta again. Thanks for a great experience.

suite was large with view, but the furniture is showing wear and tear.in room dining was great and surprisingly affordable for a hotel. spa experience with Kenny the masseuse and svetlana the facial tech we both outstanding.the front desk struggled with the little things that make a relaxing weekend away relaxing.we waited hours for pillows, a corkscrew, and an ice bag and the entire weekend started with misplaced luggage.it was a drag in those terms

Belo hotel. Fiquei para negócios. A localização é incrível para experimentar Atlanta a pé e apenas a uma curta viagem do aeroporto (30 minutos no máximo com tráfego). O bar do hotel emprega alguns dos indivíduos mais orientados para o serviço ao cliente de que tive o prazer de estar na companhia de ... que também fazem um cocktail notável. Quarto era bom, limpo. Poucos problemas durante a estadia, pois não pude solicitar o serviço de quarto (a linha estava sempre ocupada) e depois de fazer uma solicitação de alguns itens do quarto, tive que ir até a recepção para retirá-los. Eu realmente não tenho problemas com nenhuma dessas coisas, mas outros viajantes podem, dado o preço de sua estadia.

Hotel fantástico. A equipe foi acolhedora, atenciosa e prestativa. Eles até checaram comigo depois que eu me acomodei no quarto para ter certeza de que estava feliz. O bar do átrio e as refeições são fantásticas, com uma estética acolhedora e grande energia. E os quartos são espaçosos, confortáveis e equipados com as comodidades que você espera deste hotel de classe. Sua loja de mercado de café, lanches, artigos diversos e presentes é muito útil. Eu só queria que ele estivesse aberto por mais tempo. E a localização também é excelente e muito difícil de bater. A opção de estacionamento sem manobrista também foi muito útil dada a proximidade da garagem com o hotel, mesmo que o tango do cartão de acesso / bilhete de estacionamento fosse um pouco tedioso. Ainda assim, uma ótima estadia. E com esse preço, não acho que haja muito melhor em Midtown.

Esta foi uma experiência verdadeiramente maravilhosa para nós. Nossa equipe esteve lá por 9 dias com reuniões quase todos os dias. A equipe foi tão atenta às nossas necessidades e muito profissional e amigável. A comida era incrível - apresentada lindamente a cada dia e muita variedade. Cada pessoa com quem trabalhamos representou o hotel de uma forma adorável. Os quartos que tínhamos eram todos bem cuidados - as salas de reunião e também os quartos de hotel. O espaço de cada quarto era espetacular. Realmente ótima estadia!

The Loews Hotel had beyond exceptional customer service. From the moment you park your vehicle until you check out to return home is nothing short of amazing. Be prepared to be pampered! Fantastic hotel. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and helpful. They even checked with me after I settled in my room to make sure I was happy. The lobby bar and dining are terrific with a welcoming aesthetic and great energy. And the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and stocked with the amenities you expect from this class of hotel. Their marketplace shop for coffee, snacks, sundries, and gifts is super handy. I only wish it was open longer. And the location is also terrific and very hard to beat. The self parking option was also pretty useful given the garage proximity to the hotel, even if the parking ticket/access card tango was a bit tedious. Still, a great stay. And at this price point, I don’t think there is much better in Midtown.

This was a truly wonderful experience for us. Our team was there for 9 days with meetings nearly every day. The staff was so attentive to our needs and very professional and friendly. The food was amazing - presented beautifully each day and plenty of variety. Every person we worked with represented the hotel in such a lovely way. The rooms we had were all well tended to - the meeting rooms as well as our hotel rooms. The spaciousness of each guest room was terrific. Really great stay!

Beautiful hotel. Stayed for business. Location is amazing to experience Atlanta on foot and only a short trip away from the airport (30 min. max with traffic). The hotel bar employs some of the most customer service oriented individuals I have had the pleasure of being in the company of... who also make a noteworthy cocktail. Room was nice, clean. Few issues during stay as I was unable to order room service (line was always busy) and after making a request for some room items, had to go to the front desk to retrieve them. I don't really have a problem with either of those things but other travelers might, given the price of their stay.
