“The price of L7 hotel is not cheap, but the service of L7 hotel clerks is very very very terrible. Every room service needed to be paid first . Even though I ask an extra quilt in the cold morning, the clerk still asked me to pay 33,000 won per night. This is the first time I have lived in hotels (Japan, HK, Macau, Taiwan) and the clerk asked to pay extra fee to get extra quilt, moreover, asked me to pay first. By the way, the hotel didn't offer free handy shaver. The first night I went back to my room, my pillows were put on the floor.The only good experience was the service of a young, thin boy wearing round glasses. He worked with passion and genderly help us to check in and out. But the others? Forget it.”

“A good hotel with a couple of areas to improve. Well situated in the Hongdae district of Seoul: Circle-line metro has a station just downstairs. The room was otherwise nice but it had some cleanliness problems: some dirt on the wall, toilet seat not well cleaned and some stains in the pillow.
The hotel has a small but nice roof-top pool but it costs 20kW extra and has limited hours of operation. Breakfast also cost extra 19500W (depending on the plan bought). Tried it once, it was ok with a broken coffee machine though.”
