“Marketed at 5* but clearly not.
The hotel, rooms and layout are impressive.
Very good gym but half restricted from guests use due to other classes being run.
Very quiet . No kids which is nice if that's what you are looking for.
Food average and becomes very repetitive. I've done other AI at lower ratings who are much better on quality and choice . The chefs don't cook things fresh to order such as omelette for breakfast.
The service by bar staff was generally poor with a few surly staff members . It was table service and often you would get your first drink promptly but then trying to get subsequent service was a nightmare. People were going to bar to try and get served but then sent back to tables to wait....but the service never came.
We had 11 days which was a nice quiet break but we didn't see this a value for money and won't be going back”

“So good we rebooked again while we were there!
This was our first time in Lanzarote and it was amazing. The hotel was 10/10 and can not fault it. The staff are fantastic, attentive, nothing is too much trouble. The only issue we had was waiting for a quite while to have drinks orders taken and the refreshing of tables for breakfast, lunch and dinner were sometimes slow. Food was amazing and different every night. We got to day three and just had to book again for next year. We have only been back 3 days and we are already counting down to our next stay, can't wait! A big thank you to the hotel and fantastic team that support it.”
