“This is a nice hotel….but….1. The hotel information says you can get food in the bar after 4 but the waiter said you cannot. You can only get drinks if you call the bartender (bar was not manned when we were there). You can go out to the pool and there is some food there so that is OK but not as easily accessible and no English spoken or written anywhere. 2. there are only a couple of plugs and no USB ports in the room. 3. No English speaking channels amongst the 30 stations. Also none of them are German or French TV stations either. We tried to get subtitles but they wouldn’t show up on the screen. Now, none of this is bad mind you, but from something rated as a five star hotel I would expect a bit more in the way of amenities (however they DO have a very large gym with a nice view and a large outdoor swimming pool—I assume it is heated as there were two people doing laps on a December afternoon, but maybe not as I did not stick my toe in the water). I would stay here again I think so nothing bad but just not what I would think of as a five star hotel.”

“No es la primera vez que me alojó o vengo al Finisterre. Me sigue pareciendo un estupendo hotel con un equipo de gente muy profesional. Pero creo que algunas cosas son mejorables: - la luz en las habitaciones es muy tenue y en el baño apenas se ve. - creo que hay cosas que se han quedado anticuadas y que es hora de cambiar, por ejemplo hacer desaparecer el baño y en su lugar colocar un gran plato de ducha más accesible y seguro. El tener que estar salvando la altura del baño es un problema. Máxime cuando te encuentras como gram obstáculo también para llegar a la ducha un gran Biden (aparato del siglo XIX que nadie utiliza ya) - que a las 23.00 se acabe el servicio de habitaciones me parece lamentable. - El escasisismo servicio de mini bar. Había una solo botellita de agua mineral que no se repuso y donde apenas había nada más de beber - colocar un espejo largo en alguna pared de la habitación para uso de los huéspedes. - y creo que podrían mejorar también, y notablemente, el surtido, calidad y cantidad del bufet del desayuno. Hoy probaré a pedir que me hagan unos huevos revueltos en el momento, por que los que hay son muy poco apetecibles y además fríos. Como positivo, ya dije la atención de los empleados. It is not the first time that I stayed or come to Finisterre.It still seems like a great hotel with a team of very professional people.But I think some things can be improved: - the light in the rooms is very dim and in the bathroom you can hardly see it. - I think there are things that have become outdated and that it is time to change, for example to make the bathroom disappear and in its place to place a large shower tray that is more accessible and safer.Having to save the height of the bathroom is a problem.Especially when you find yourself a major obstacle to getting a great Biden to the shower (a 19th century device that no one uses anymore) - That at 11:00 p.m. room service ends seems unfortunate. - The scarcity of mini bar service.There was only one small bottle of mineral water that was not replaced and where there was hardly anything else to drink - Place a long mirror on a wall in the room for guests to use. - and I think they could also improve, and notably, the assortment, quality and quantity of the breakfast buffet.Today I will try to ask them to make me some scrambled eggs at the moment, because the ones that are there are very unappetizing and also cold. As a positive, I already said the attention of the employees.”
