“Not a 4 star hotel. The amenities and rooms are certainly not upto a standard of a 4 star hotel. The least you expect is complimentary water and tea/coffee but not in this hotel.
Expensive breakfast buffet unless you have 12-15 year old kids, because kids are free.
Food is super expensive and in room service is additional charge.
Rooms are very suffocating but thankfully could open windows.
Overall I had a bad experience and wont be coming here again.”

“It’s not 4star. Rooms very dirty ants everywhere. Washroom very old mould. No heating at hotel at all. No 3pin adaptor as it’s hotel so should be facilities for international guests. Stuffs are not helpful.breakfast buffet was waste of money and taste disgusting. It’s should be 2star”
