“Excellent hotel. Really good rates. Brilliant service and very accommodating.The rooms.are very comfortable. Was here with a large group and they went out of their way to make us comfortable. Would definitely stay here again”

“Only one star based on the staff only good thing about this place the bed was like Sleeping on a floor was hot and stuffy couldn’t even open a window and was only On the first floor all night and all Morning whilst trying to sleep on a hard uncomfortable bed all that was going on was doors being slammed in the corridors clearly nothing stopping the doors from slamming shut everything seemed dirty even down the light switches being black and dirty paid 109£ for one night and felt I’d off got a better sleep in my car still as I’m writing this doors are still slamming will not stay here again got a 3 hour drive home with hardly any sleep really not happy with hotel let’s all the other Novotels down and just from this one experience with this hotel I’ll never use Novotel again”
