“We were here on Christmas day and Giovana at check-in was so lovely and warm. It made a real difference to our stay. The other staff were similarly amazing with one exception who almost ruined our Christmas meal. The restaurant manager needs to learn that not saying hello or adding please to a demand he makes is just rude.”

“We've been during our road trip through northern Italy for 2 nights at Novotel Genova City. My husband is working for the major company of Novotel in Germany so we expected a good standard but all our expectations were surpassed. The view over the newer harbour was awesome, the room beautiful, the prices moderate and the personal incredible nice. At the bar I ordered my favourite cocktail, which is not very common. The barkeeper googled for the recipe, and took the perfect one without any touching fears of the unknown. Very clean, rich buffet for breakfast and very close to public transport which is very affordable and for a few hours a day free of charge.
We would book every time again and like to thank for a wonderful time.
