Booked in for 3 nights before my flight from Heathrow. Couldn’t be more happier with the fast and efficient service that was provided inc room service, breakfast and maintenance etc. The staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend the stay as it’s in a good but quiet location.

Had such a pleasant stay at Novotel. The service was amazing as we were checking out, we were served by a really friendly receptionist called Corina who gave us a great laugh and farewell. She was super helpful and very well mannered, providing excellent customer service that has us planning to return again! The room itself was well-kept, neat, tidy and convenient! All the staff at Novotel are amazing, I'd definitely recommend staying here whether its for a day or weeks!

Excellent experience! Starting from reception team,the two ladies were very friendly and helpful,Corina and Arabella. Easy check-in and good information about amenities of the hotel. Room was clean and very spacious. Food was fresh and plenty. I will definitely come back!

Perfect place to arrange your business meeting. Good & easy access & lots of parking space which in plus in Heathrow market prices very reasonably. professional & friendly staff. Nothing is trouble for them. And the rates are very competitive. Would highly recommend and will visit back soon.

Stayed for a couple of days at this property while working with a client. The staff here was outstanding. You expect helpful and courteous, but there was an extra level of helpfulness and kindness to the service provided. We used the business conference services and for a very reasonable price, we had opening coffee/tea service, two catered breaks and a hot buffet lunch - all served in a very, very creative and appealing manner. The level of service from the business services team was superb, even paying attention to when we took breaks to ensure that a meal was shifted if needed. I would love to replicate this property and what they are doing in other locations!
