“Room was okay, warm and clean but there was mould around the windows which I only noticed after I had to remove my toddler from behind the curtain. The food wasn't bad but things ran out quickly and weren't replaced. Was quite frustrating because the only thing that my autistic toddler would eat was the garlic bread, of which he ate two pieces before it was gone and no more was brought out. I ended up separating pieces of fruit he would eat from the fruit salad so he wouldn't be hungry. I know dry, beige foods aren't the healthiest, but when serving children with processing disorders (which they were informed of) it's usually a safe bet. Would have been nice, given his stay cost just as much as ours, for him to have had a choice of food. Also, I booked this as part of a group and somehow we were all placed on different floors. Which wouldn't have been so bad except each room has only one card and you can only get to your floor with the card. So if you separate from someone in your room and they're unable to communicate adequately due to (for example) autism or being a child, then they'll be completely unable to contact their carer to inform them they're lost and have no ability to get back to their room. Which happened to a young family that had travelled with us when their parents went downstairs to the other room they'd been assigned (yes, they put a single family two floors appart). The kids were terrified. Overall not the worst place to stay and the bed was comfy but certainly not suitable for the disabled.”

“I stayed at this hotel for 1 night so that I was near to Heathrow Airport for my flight. It was easy to find and had lots of parking. The check in was easy and I was in my room quickly and what a lovely room it was. A very spacious double room looking over the inside of the hotel, there is the option to have a room looking outside. The room was very clean, usb ports, good hairdryer, good heat control. The bed was really comfy too. The bathroom was fab and very clean. I also ate dinner here which was nice. All in all a great hotel with very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.”
