“Service. Omni Chicago Hotel is a great hotel right on the Magnificent Mile. The decor was really luxurious and inviting in our room. The fitness center has plenty of space to work out in although they still have not reopened the pool. The bar and restaurant also felt friendly and upscale. I was extremely pleased with the warmth, courtesy and professionalism of everyone who works there. I think my favorite thing was the way we were treated by the staff- I felt like a big shot!”
