Desde nossa chegada até nossa saída todo a equipe do hotel foi sensacional, com certeza termos gostado muito da Basileia se deve muito a forma que fomos recebidos pela equipe deste hotel

Sobre acertou em cheio. O único problema que tivemos foi que o nosso quarto no 5º andar ficou muito quente à noite. Um tanto desconfortável para dormir. O controle parecia não fazer nada. Else foi um ótimo lugar para ficar antes do nosso cruzeiro no rio. Fácil acesso a partir da principal estação ferroviária.

About nailed it. The only issue we had was that our room on the 5th floor got really warm at night. Somewhat uncomfortable to sleep in. The control didn't seem to do anything. Else was a great place to stay before our river cruise. Easy to get to from main train station.

Awesome place for business stay in Basel. Friendly staff. Though the rooms facing the street has an unpleasant way to wake you up courtesy - trams on rails early in the morning. Also high probability for you to end up flashing to the police station right opposite when the automatic window blinds raise up... I swear I didn't...

I want to edit my review because the hotel staff went completely out of their way to make my stay here better than it initially began Beds are queen size but comforters used are 2 small bed ones, one on the left one on the right and they meet in the middle. This is there signature bedding. I travel the world for my work and I have never seen anything like it. If you are a bit picky on your bedding, you might find it awkward. Then there is the air conditioning . Air flow is non existing. You have no control on temperature of your room. It gets really hot in there. The 5cm(3in) thick comforters are totally inadequate as they are for below freezing level temperature. So if you like your room really cold or at least colder a bit, you might find it a bit in the warm side. The rest is very difficult to enjoy when you cannot sleep… I rate it a 4 because the staff is fantastic.

The Pullman is an exceptionally well run hotel with professionally staff who are fluent in English. The rooms were cozy and beds comfy. They were modern and attractive. I'd return on my next trip to Basel. The buffet breakfast was delicious yet expensive

El Hotel Pullman Basel Europe tiene grandes ventajas. Está céntrico: 15 minutos andando del centro histórico. Es moderno y agradable. Las habitaciones son cómodas, grandes, cuidadas y luminosas. El cuarto de baño limpio. El personal es atento y amable

Muy buen hotel, excelente servicio con todo lo que necesitas para descansar , estuve tres noches ya que fui al evento en Basel Global Summit of Women y todos los días estuvebien, tienen gym, donde me tocó pasas el jardín y se llama el edificio la residencia. El agua natural es gratis ,el desayuno es variado y hasta te ofrecen jugo de naranja fresco, sin duda regresaría

El hotel está muy bien,cerca del centro y de las fronteras alemanas y francesas. El trato que recibimos fue muy agradables. El desayuno es de Buffet y tienen mucha variedad. Nos dieron unas tarjeta para utilizar el transporte público gratis. Eso es muy importante ya que cada hora de tranvia cuesta 3,80 CHF Volvería la próxima vez a este sitio sin dudarlo.
