After a couple of calls about solving the problem, a Chinese plumber came, but he failed, because some nonsense simply broke the mixer ... It was good for us, because we were moved to a room with a category even higher and the room itself was more than 40 squares. Cleaning 3 times a day (I have never seen this anywhere else), fresh fruit once in two days. Bath towels are really big. There are all the necessary accessories, including a needle and thread. Refrigerator in the kitchen, coffee machine with capsules. Breakfasts are very good quality - there is always something to eat, even for vegans there are dishes. The lion's share of vacationers are Chinese, several Russian families (if you want to relax and not meet with compatriots - this is the place, we really had a rest. Well, if you really want to - go to the Renaissance hotel - there were 200 people at the time of our vacation). No one speaks Russian, 2 people at the reception in English. All others are only Chinese. Or through an online translator, clumsily, but you can understand each other in principle. A couple of nuances - they ask for a deposit of 5000 yuan for a mini-bar. It is a couple of cans of beer and 3 soda ... If you say that you do not use the minibar, then 1000 yuan is a deposit so that you do not break anything in your room. Payment by card does not work for them, except for Union Pay. Master and Visa do not. You need to take cash. ATMs are to the left of meters 1000-1500 ICBC. And to the right 800 meters Bank of China, there are food courts, restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. Mosquitoes are small, but they gnaw constantly at night, provided that there are raptors and sprays in each room. It is for them to the bulb, it will not be superfluous to take something more serious with you. The beach itself with yellow, squeaky sand, but not the same as ours, does not stick so much ... There are not many sun beds, but we always had enough ... Towels are given out there as separate. Swimming pool with refreshing water, the sea was warmer. Provided that we were not very lucky with the weather and every day there was wind and rain from time to time. The waves were 60-100 centimeters each, which made me remember my childhood when they jumped on the waves. Swim further than they are not allowed to swim, a Chinese rescuer immediately runs with a whistle and calls back to the aground. The bottom is sandy, but because of such mini-storms, stones periodically overtook, one scratched a leg, the rescuers had a first-aid kit, they treated it with peroxide ... In this weather, the water temperature and purity did not change, which was excellent, we have such there would be no water at all. In fact, only Russians swam. The Chinese, dressed in jackets and pants, took photos and filmed;) There is a lot of greenery - different palms, ficuses, and so on. The territory is very big, you can take a walk in the evening .... On New Year's Eve, the guys from the hotel from 23.45 to 00.30 started up fireworks, none of the neighbors did this, undoubtedly it was nice, because they have our New Year on their side ... As a result, the hotel is undoubtedly cool, I would love to return again, but only so that the weather is normal.

Great hotel. It took a long time to choose a place to stay, and decided to try Raffles, even though it is not in Yalong Bay. The main advantages of the hotel are a huge beautiful territory, which is constantly cleaned; two large pools (depth 1.2 meters, not much, but almost everywhere in China); a huge sandy beach with sun loungers; delicious breakfasts with food for Europeans; excellent rooms with everything you need; lovely staff. You can list the pros for a long time, I am really pleased with the visit. I will also reflect minor, in my opinion, disadvantages. The soundproofing of the rooms can be further tightened, the prices in bars / restaurants / spas are still too high, I would like a free transfer from the airport. Life hack for tourists: if you leave the hotel and go to the right along the road, in 5-7 minutes you will stumble upon a real McDonald's!

This is a amazing on the bay of Clearwater Hainan. Probably the best Hotel I have ever seen. Room are large and full of equipment. Bed was relaxing and very comfortable. We had a superview on the bay and I really did not want to leave the room! Lunch is top probably one of the best I had in a luxury hotel. Simply excel, Five starts well deserved.
