Serviço boas vistas fantásticas do quarto, piscina interior muito agradável. Os quartos precisam de atualização e a manutenção geral era ruim, como pintura descascada, verniz descascado na mobília Talvez isso tenha sido fechado por causa da Covid. Café da manhã muito bom

Service good fantastic views from the room,inside pool very nice. The rooms need updating and general maintenance was poor such as peeling paint, peeled veneer on furniture Maybe this was due to being closed down because of Covid. Breakfast very good

Atitude humilhante e insultuosa. Falta de informações confiáveis sobre a piscina, falta de atitude por parte do gerente do hotel. E ao reclamar, simplesmente cancelei o feriado de 4 casais duas horas antes do início do Shabat. Apenas relaxe em outro hotel que saiba respeitar e ouvir o que não há de bom no hotel. Arruinou-nos um fim de semana que havíamos planejado há muito tempo, na minha vida nunca encontrei tamanha opacidade. Eu viajo totalmente em hotéis em Israel. Eles nunca falaram conosco assim ou cancelaram minhas férias sem meu consentimento. Níveis chocantes.

O hotel fica perto de uma pequena e charmosa praia. Existe uma piscina e spa. O hotel foi completamente renovado durante o período Corona, os quartos são espaçosos e estão elegantemente decorados. Todos os quartos têm vista para o mar.

Pessoas gentis e nos receberam muito calorosamente. O café da manhã é excelente, vista relaxante e uma experiência real da varanda do quarto. Preciso trabalhar na questão da manutenção e limpeza dos quartos do hotel, há sensores que só caem na parede, vidros nos quartos sujos, no banheiro a tampa do vaso está quebrada .. Eu dei nota alta porque ainda gostamos muito do a experiência do hotel e o ambiente são altamente recomendados. A propósito, a equipe do spa e massagens são totalmente profissionais e foi incrível.

Chegamos ao hotel por um período de férias. Temos um quarto às 14:00. Entramos na sala e meus olhos escureceram. Cabelo na cama não foi substituído por cascas de grãos e migalhas no chão do chuveiro e banheiro fedorento. Chamamos a recepcionista que veio e também ficou chocada. Disse que vamos trocar um quarto para você. Após 15 minutos de espera no saguão, ele nos disse que eu tenho um quarto apenas no 14º andar (somos guardadores do sábado e a reserva indica que queremos um quarto baixo). Depois de mais meia hora, a resposta foi que não havia escolha a não ser voltar para o quarto em que estava e esperar que ele o limpasse enquanto meu marido subisse lá e houvesse uma discussão entre ele e o gerente de atendimento ao cliente e em seguida, um segurança que se levantou disse a ela para cancelar o quarto e restaurar a casa se ele não estiver satisfeito após esperar até 15: 10Fomos devolvidos ao nosso quarto cansados com uma dor de cabeça. Disse ao gerente de relacionamento com o cliente que era assim que ele deveria conseguir o quarto desde o início. Então, em vez de se desculpar, ela contou a ela sobre eu não ter gritado, entendeu? Ninguém grita comigo. Eu estava em um mercado total com a atitude que estava sentado em uma sala e comecei a chorar. Não recomenda uma atitude chocante.

Hotel bonito e de qualidade. Tanto o quarto quanto a comida são dignos de nota. Dois pontos dignos de nota que prejudicam o bom gosto: UMA. Departamento de coordenação entre pedidos / departamento de recebimento. B. Vedação de janelas de frente para o mar.UMA. Eu reservei um quarto em um andar baixo porque tento não usar o elevador do Shabat. De fato, me foi prometido um quarto no quinto andar. Quando chegamos na recepção, eles disseram "isso não existe, talvez eles tenham falado que tentaremos considerar o seu pedido". (Eu mencionei que para mim este andar é substancial e não um bônus.) Quando insisti, disseram que iriam checar a fita do convite e me responder "mas de qualquer maneira todos os quartos baixos estão ocupados e o mais baixo possível é no 12º andar". Escusado será dizer que a experiência de altos e baixos nas refeições e orações, "Faça-me o sábado" B. Os ventos do mar entram na sala e criam um bipe muito alto em todas as horas do dia e da noite, provavelmente devido à má vedação entre as janelas de correr e a moldura diante de nós, tentei fazer uma vedação temporária com papéis, mas não é estética nem ineficiente.em resumo Uma viagem de macas e incapacidade de dormir. Quando tentei averiguar para mencionar o assunto, a senhora me respondeu enfaticamente que não conferiam nada porque não temos nenhuma gravação. Muito ruim

Close to home yet felt like going abroad with the added selection of local culinary. The indoor pool was actually heated to the point it is comfortable to get in, even for ones who expect the pool to be shower temp. Enjoy!

The pool is fantastic and the only good point to the hotel.The rooms are old, signs of water damage, cracking walls and musty smelling bathrooms.Our rooms were swarming with little flies to the point where it was infestation-like.One of the rooms didn't have a functional electronic key card lock but thankfully there was a regular key that was available.It just meant no cleaning service if the housekeeping staff didn't have their key.Truthfully, I was happy to have the regular key because the electronic key cards stopped working every single day and we had to keep asking for new ones.There are also four small elevators for 22 floors so everytime I had to get a new key card programmed it was an ordeal or when you finished breakfast you had to wait in line for 10-15 minutes to get an elevator back to your room.The breakfast was very limited in options and lower quality compared to the commonly known Israeli hotel breakfast.We thought maybe it was Covid-19 related but friends who were with us had just been to a hotel elsewhere in the country and said that their other hotel breakfast did not suffer from quality due to Covid-19.The family had a nice time and enjoyed themselves but we would likely not plan a return visit in the future.

Nice hotel away from the crowd. Great pool, great access to the beach. Staff was responsive. Room wasn't ready at check in and they gave us late check out. Hotel has a nice spa offering massages, a fitness center, indoor pool, saunas. Signage around the hotel could be better, a little confusing to navigate. No luggage room or on site parking. Parking, which is free, is half a block away in an outdoor open lot. No access driveway to the hotel to drop off luggage and check in. A few parking spots on the street in front, so that was a little annoying. Check in had long line and only 2 people at the front desk so it took a long time. Really nice room with terrace overlooking the beach and pool, nice bathroom. Even thought the hotel was full it was fairly quiet. Covid compliance; staff wore masks, temperature taken at the door, health form at check in. Hand sanitizer dispensers on every floor by the elevators. Tablea in the dining room weren't 3 meters apart. Staff served everything at the breakfast buffet wearing gloves and masks.

Rooms, GYM, pool, sea and attractions were great. NOT a VEGAN Friendly. although planned ahead. No Business center,poor other hotel facility, parking is far and public.

The spa is bad. Mostly in service but not at all limited. No soap in the shower. Had to ask for towel and a robe. AC is bad. All around the atmosphere is not Spa-like. DO NOT RECOMMEND

All the staff are friendly and helpful, starting from themanager who called us before we even left home, giving us her personal cell phone number in case we needed anything.We had a stunning sea view from our room. (The outdoor pool was closed for winter.) There is a very large indoor pool with saunas and jacuzzi, a spa, and a well-equipped gym.This is not a luxurious hotel. But it is well-run and friendly, and it does everything you expect from it, and is good value.

Had a excellent stay at this property. Very neat, clean and spacious room. They have a very good sea view rooms were we can relax and enjoy the sea view and the breeze. Their food was yummy and fill the tummy. I enjoyed each and every hour. Recommended highly for the family and business people

Hay que mejorar el servicio de recepción, sería recomendable que haya regularidad en el horario del restaurante, me han contado la estancia dos veces, espero lo solucionen.
