“Our room was in another building. The elevator was tiny. There was no hot water at check-in (10:30pm) so we had to walk back to the main building to shower in the sauna room. We were also asked to bring our own big towels! Asked for a double bed but was given two single beds. No apology or compensation. My advice, steer clear of this hotel. Better hotels are just around the corner.”
