O lugar era limpo e óbvio de manutenção, já que eles estavam pintando o chão da entrada da frente. Não gostamos do serviço de bar e eles dizem que usam máscaras para proteger sua clientela, mas não vimos um representante de serviço que realmente usasse máscara. Não anuncie se você não vai honrá-lo para seus clientes.

EVITE O SPA! Analisamos este hotel on-line e vimos que tinha uma classificação inicial muito boa. Decidimos reservar especificamente para usar seus serviços de spa. Lembre-se, sua página on-line diz “não é necessário fazer reservas para essas comodidades”. Decidi ligar para o spa e eles dizem que nos dê o número do seu cartão, ligaremos de volta para confirmar e reservar sua consulta em 15 minutos. 30 minutos depois, nunca fomos chamados de volta, então decidimos dar uma olhada no andar de baixo. A garota se atreveu a nos dizer: "oh, nós tivemos você lá para as 13h e você não apareceu", explicamos que estávamos esperando a confirmação da ligação, ela então disse oh, ligamos, mas o número dizia que estava ocupado. Eu insisti em fazê-la ver o quão incompetente ela estava sendo, você checou nosso quarto? Pode confirmar o número de telefone? Ela estava oh oh, sim, sim, nós fizemos isso, eu não tenho o papel onde o número era e não conseguimos encontrá-lo. Essas pessoas nem se desculparam pelo transtorno, tivemos que apontar. A atitude deles foi tipo “da próxima vez amigo, obrigado tchau”. Vibe muito ruim. Não é o lugar que você quer ir e relaxar.

Não tenho paciência em ser cobrado o preço total e, em seguida, receber o discurso "sem serviço" no check-in! Eles alegam problemas de pessoal…Além disso, notei que as duas águas de cortesia que vêm com todos os estabelecimentos Marriott no planeta Terra não estavam no meu quarto. Liguei para a recepção e eles disseram que eu tinha que descer para pegá-los. Irritante, mas tudo bem. Mas então foi como tentar convencer uma criança a compartilhar seu caminhão Tonka quando pedi mais água, pois não havia serviço diário para reabastecê-los. Ele me disse que eu poderia voltar ao saguão e reabastecê-los na estação de água.Olha… Eu odeio dar críticas ruins. A maioria dos meus são positivos. No entanto, minha recente sequência com as marcas Marriott está me fazendo questionar minha lealdade!De qualquer forma… esta é uma ótima academia com um hotel sem água e sem serviço anexo… os tacos também eram muito bons…

Place was clean and obvious of upkeep since they were painting the floors to the front entrance. We didn't like the bar service and they say that they wear masks to protect their clientele,but we did not see one service representative who actually wore a mask. Don't advertise it if you're not going to honor it for your customers.

AVOID THE SPA! We looked at this hotel online and saw it had very good start rating. We decided to book specifically to use their spa services. Mind you, their online page says “no reservations needed for these amenity”. I decided to call the spa and they say give us your card number, we will call you back to confirm and reserved your appointment in 15min. 30 min later we never got the called back so we decided to go check it out downstairs. The girl dared to tell us, “oh, we had you down for 1pm and you didn’t show up” we explained we were waiting for the call back confirmation, she then said oh, we called but the number said it was busy. I insisted to make her see how incompetent she was being, did you check our room? Can you confirm the phone number? She was oh oh, yea yea we did that I don’t have the paper were the number was and we couldn’t find you. These people didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, we had to point out. Their attitude was like “ next time pal, thank you bye”. Very bad vibe. Not the place you want to go and relax.

I have no patience with being charged full price and then getting the “no service” speech upon check in! They claim staffing issues… Additionally, I noticed that the two complimentary waters that come with every Marriott property on planet earth were not in my room. I called the front desk and they said I had to come down to get them. Irritating, but fine. But then it was like trying to convince a toddler to share their Tonka truck when I asked for more water since there was no daily service to replenish them. He told me I could come back to the lobby and refill them at the water station. Look… I hate giving bad reviews. Most of mine are positive. However, my recent streak with Marriott brands is making me question my loyalty! Anyway… this is a great gym with a waterless hotel with no service attached… the tacos were pretty good too…

Este foi um hotel encantador com comodidades incríveis. O centro de fitness é de uso gratuito se você estiver hospedado no hotel, e não é o ginásio padrão do hotel. O centro de fitness é essencialmente o seu próprio ginásio completo, com uma grande piscina para arrancar. Os quartos são limpos com muito espaço. A única coisa que estava fora era a equipe de limpeza ficava perguntando quando estávamos saindo para que eles pudessem limpar o quarto, apesar de termos check-out tardio.

I am a member of the Renaissance ClubSport Aliso Viejo Laguna Beach Hotel, it’s so clean, I don’t have staying experience at hotel but I’m sure it has to be great experience! They have professional staff and nice lobby, bar.

This was a lovely hotel with amazing amenities. The fitness center is free to use if you're staying at the hotel, and it's not your standard hotel gym. The fitness center is essentially its own full blown gym, with a great pool to boot. Rooms are clean with a lot of space. The only thing that was off was the cleaning staff kept asking when we were leaving so they can clean the room despite us having late checkout.

Se Hospedaram 3 noites aqui enquanto na cidade para algumas reuniões. Todos na área conhecem este hotel por causa da academia que fica ao lado do hotel. O hotel fica em uma boa área com garagem ao lado que custa US$ 27 por dia.Os quartos eram de bom tamanho com camas muito confortáveis. No entanto, existem algumas coisas que poderiam ser melhoradas. Primeiro, o banheiro era muito mal iluminado. Ajudaria se houvesse uma luz no chuveiro real. Também não havia cofre no quarto. Pode haver um na sala, mas eu não vi um.Se você é uma pessoa de academia, a academia é legítima. Tem a maioria dos tipos de equipamentos, além de um bom vestiário com sauna a vapor, sauna e jacuzzi. Eles também têm uma ótima piscina com raia fora.O bar e restaurante são bons e há happy hour começando por volta das 4, o que é divertido de aproveitar. A comida no restaurante era realmente muito boa. Se eu estiver na área eu estarei de volta aqui.

Stayed 3 nights here while in town for some meetings. Everyone in the area knows about this hotel because of the gym which is attached to the hotel. The hotel is in a good area with a parking garage next door which is $27 a day. Rooms were a good size with very comfortable beds. However there a few things that could use improvement. First, the bathroom was very dimly lit. Would help if there was a light in the actual shower. Also there was no safe in the room. There may be one in the room but I didn't see one. If you're a gym person, the gym is legit. Has most types of equipment along with nice locker room with steam, sauna, and jacuzzi. They also have a nice lap pool outside. The bar and restaurant are good and there is happy hour starting around 4 which is fun to take advantage of. The food at the restaurant was actually quite good. If I'm in the area I'll be back here.

Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Did not get the chance to eat on-site as there were so many options in the surrounding area that I wanted to try. Hotel stay comes with access to the mega gym which is attached.
