“Very pleasant experience. I'm also very thankful to front desk officer Kit Gao who offered her superb assistance when I left my wallet in the hotel upon checkout. Overall very happy with the service the hotel offered. Thank you!!”

“Template Shangri La: room clean, quiet and a tad old fashioned. However, avoid ordering "cocktails" at all cost from the lounge. Better off drinking water. They need to have a cocktail bartender who would use fresh juice and actual alcohol. Not fair to get the waitresses to make them. It is an art not to be abused. Undrinkable.”
