“我總共住了三次（2020年疫情期間，買便宜到爆表的住宿券）疫情前曾有致電訂房，那時感覺他們態度不是太好，雖然不知為何，但這不影響我對遠企香格里拉的好奇。前二次都還挺滿意的，清潔、豪華閣，因為在去之前就有做功課，知道豪華閣人多，所以也比較有耐心。就是要客房點餐時，接線人員不太耐煩，好，小事，生日入住有給蛋糕，對於我這種愛計較愛貪小便宜的中年女人而言，一個人入住也要講究儀式感的機車歐巴桑me，非常滿意香格里拉願意贈送我蛋糕，而且也真的贈送。到了最後一次入住，我買了雅士套房和一般房，分別給我的家人入住雅士，我住一般房，我們二人分開住，然後⋯⋯因為登記入住雅士的人不是我，雖然是我訂房和付款的，但我進不去豪華閣 我這裡學到了，訂雅仕就好 所以我取消了第二天的一般房，我跑去艾美住，這樣我又可以進豪華閣了。（很亂對吧？因為我的名字是登記在一般房，雅士則是登記給長輩所以我不能進豪華閣，這無關付款人訂房人，而是登記在那間房。而當我取消一般房的訂房，將我和家人名字一起登記在雅士，我就能進豪華閣！ 但是，我不喜歡和人睡，所以另外跑到艾美開另一間房！）在C/I時，此次也是安排在大廳C/I，排很長的隊，感嘆飯店生意好之餘，卻也讓同行高齡長輩等很久⋯⋯當我詢問豪華閣穿紅衣服的妹子為什麼不行在豪華閣辦理入住時，妹子不耐煩的指指面前的房卡：人多！而第三次清潔度大幅下降，則是讓我決定下次再也不住的主要原因，我知道房務很忙，我知道旅館業人員充滿著心酸，應付我們台灣鯛真的很累很累，但疫情期間⋯⋯好吧，此次入住之後，除非多年過後，有必須要住的理由，不然，台北城市度假尚有好多地方可選！”
