“I give five stars to the staff, they are super nice and problem solvers (the best one was my Didi was't working, one of the staff booked for me with his app and then we settled by wechat, done). I see some guests have complained that not all the staff speaks english and thats true, but they will still figure out how to help, if you have a positive approach. The location is also pretty good, lots of greenery and mountains around. The set up of the rooms and common areas is the one i liked less and why this gets 4 stars in my book. There's nothing bad, but the design/style feels a bit like a Phuket resort from a few years ago. Given this opened in 2015 they could have tried something more fresh. I think it is kind of like a good place for families, you can go around the resort with a bike (plenty of them to borrow), therer are a couple of pools, ice cream store etc, and then two panda reserves nearby (15 min taxi). For a couple (my case) is less special but still perfectly fine. Given price (i paid around usd300 for one of the villas) the pack is quite reasonable. If you want a cool six senses then go to one with +usd500 rate per room or get the usd1k pool villa..”

“Tours listed were not available-sold out. Welcome center staff-very little understanding of English -not able to answer questions. Very confusing as to which staff did which service. Spa services staff-little English. Some services fully booked. Chinese food was comparable to an Americanized version in the USA. Very disappointed. Breakfast excellent Staff very kind Jack very good at his job and helpful. Excellent service and command of English. Facilities beautiful and idyllic.”
