Booked this place last minute for 2 nights in January earlier this year.Our room was spacious andit seemed fairly clean. Everything seemed updated and outdated at the same time.View out our window was nice, especially at sunset.Location was good, it was close to restaurants and breweries.There was a continental breakfast offered.I have such mixed feelings, about this place.But I think they are worth another try, especially since the options in flagstaff can be limited to pretty much the same thing as this.

Não compreendo porque é que este lugar tem uma classificação tão elevada. Sonesta é o lugar mais nojento que já fiquei na minha vida. Era como se um apartamento antigo tivesse acabado de ser reformado, mas não estivesse bem conservado. Ao chegar, lamentei ter feito uma reserva lá. Comida, cabelo humano, cabelo de cachorro, manchas estavam por toda parte. E a pior cama em que já dormi. Nunca vi nenhum hotel que não investisse em camas. As camas são essenciais. Mesmo os hotéis com preços razoáveis têm boas camas, porque a maioria das pessoas fica em um hotel para descansar. Algumas pessoas chamam as camas do Sonesta de macias, mas não é "macia", elas simplesmente não têm firmeza. Se você tem um problema nas costas, ficar no Sonesta pode te matar. E eles têm os travesseiros mais baratos que têm tanto enchimento sintético. Eu sabia que ia doer meu pescoço, então não usei travesseiros durante a minha estadia. Estou dando duas estrelas por causa da recepção. Eles são simpáticos e atenciosos. Eu não vou ficar aqui novamente.

No entiendo por qué este lugar tiene una calificación tan alta. Sonesta es el lugar más repugnante en el que me he alojado en mi vida. Era como un viejo apartamento recién renovado pero no bien mantenido. Al llegar, lamenté haber hecho una reserva allí. Había comida, cabello humano, pelo de perro, manchas por toda la habitación. Y la peor cama en la que he dormido. Nunca he visto hoteles que no invirtieran en camas. Las camas son imprescindibles. Incluso los hoteles a precios razonables tienen buenas camas porque la mayoría de las personas se quedan en un hotel para descansar. Algunas personas llaman blandas a las camas de Sonesta, pero no es "blanda", simplemente no tienen firmeza en absoluto. Si tienes un problema de espalda, quedarte en Sonesta te mataría. Y tienen las almohadas más baratas que tienen tanto relleno sintético. Sabía que me lastimaría el cuello, así que no usé almohadas durante mi estadía. Doy dos estrellas por la recepción. Son amables y atentos. No me quedaré aquí de nuevo.

I don't understand why this place has such a high rating. Sonesta is the most disgusting place I have stayed in my life. It was like an old apartment just got renovated but not well-maintained. Upon arrival, I regretted to have made a reservation there. Food, human hair, dog hair, stains were all over the room. And the worst bed I have slept in. I've never seen any hotels that didn't invest into beds. Beds are essential. Even reasonably priced hotels have good beds because for most part people stay at a hotel to rest. Some people call Sonesta's beds soft but it's not "soft", they just don't have firmness at all. If you have a back problem, staying at Sonesta would kill you. And they have the cheapest pillows that have so much synthetic filling. I knew it would hurt my neck so I didn't use pillows during my stay. I'm giving two stars because of the reception. They are friendly and attentive. I will not stay here again.

Bom lugar para ficar. Vou ficar pela segunda vez, desta vez por duas semanas. Tudo é feito para relaxar e pensado. Há pequenos-almoços que vêm embalados com eles, há também café, chá e o resto. Medidas de controle contra covid. Há uma piscina que funciona há muito tempo, embora a água em setembro seja fria por algum motivo. Há uma lavanderia. 2 $ lavagem. A mesma quantidade de secagem. O hotel é composto por vários edifícios, com estacionamento em cada um e um grande. O quarto é limpo, mas uma vez por semana ou sob demanda. Tudo está limpo e tudo o que deveria funcionar está funcionando. Sem chinelos, sem roupões de banho. Shampoo e outras coisas em estoque. Há uma pequena loja ao lado da recepção com as pequenas coisas necessárias. Vinho, detergente, água, etc. Há uma academia, mas nenhuma, algumas esteiras em uma sala minúscula.

Buen lugar para quedarse. Me quedo por segunda vez, esta vez durante dos semanas. Todo está hecho para la relajación y pensado. Hay desayunos que están repletos de ellos, también hay café, té y el resto. Medidas de control contra el covid. Hay una piscina que funciona durante mucho tiempo, aunque el agua en septiembre está fría por alguna razón. Hay un cuarto de lavado. 2 $ lavado. La misma cantidad de secado. El hotel consta de varios edificios, estacionamiento en cada uno y uno grande. La habitación se limpia, pero una vez a la semana o bajo demanda. Todo está limpio y todo lo que debería funcionar funciona. Sin zapatillas, sin albornoces. Champú y cosas en stock. Hay una pequeña tienda junto a la recepción con las pequeñas cosas necesarias. Vino, detergente, agua, etc. Hay un gimnasio pero ninguno en absoluto, un par de cintas de correr en una habitación diminuta.

Tenho viajado para Flagstaff por mais de 30 anos e gostaria de ter encontrado este Sonesta ES Suites antes! O que é uma joia escondida, especialmente para famílias! Os quartos em si são bem padrão, mas o ambiente familiar, a equipe de alto nível e as excelentes comodidades são o que torna este hotel nosso novo lugar para ficar em Flagstaff. As comodidades são perfeitas para manter as crianças entretidas entre as aventuras familiares, incluindo uma piscina de bom tamanho, uma banheira de hidromassagem, uma quadra de basquete (confira uma bola na recepção!), Um delicioso café da manhã continental (os burritos são fantásticos ), e muitas áreas de estar ao ar livre aninhadas entre belas árvores de sombra e paisagismo. O gerente geral, Chris, tratou a mim e à minha família como se fossem seus e garantiu que tivéssemos tudo de que precisávamos. Ótimo hotel. Aceita cães, com várias áreas de passeio para cães e muitas trilhas por perto / bosques para caminhadas. O funcionário da recepção foi muito simpático, cortês e experiente. Definitivamente, um hotel perfeito para uma escapadela. A cozinha completa e o cômodo espaçoso proporcionam a sensação de estar em casa quando estiver viajando.

Great hotel. Dog friendly with multiple dog walk areas and plenty of near by trails/woods for hiking. Front Desk Clerk was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely a perfect hotel for getaways. The full kitchen and spacious room gives you that at home feeling when traveling.

I have traveled to Flagstaff for over 30 years, and I wish I had found this Sonesta ES Suites sooner! What a hidden gem, especially for families! The rooms themselves are pretty standard, but the family-friendly atmosphere, top notch staff, and the excellent amenities are what makes this hotel our new go-to place to stay in Flagstaff. The amenities are perfect for keeping kids entertained in-between family adventures, including a good sized pool, a hot tub, a basketball court (just check out a ball at the front desk!), a delicious continental breakfast (the breakfast burritos are awesome), and lots of outdoor seating areas tucked among beautiful shade trees and landscaping. The general manager, Chris, treated me and my family like his own and made sure we had everything we needed. We'll definitely be back, and we're so glad we found this Sonesta.

Este lugar é uma loucura caro para o que você recebe. Eu acho que o valor está na localização e não no hotel. Em primeiro lugar, havia regularmente pessoas sentadas, fumando e bebendo nas escadas até o nosso quarto. Isso é grosseiro e desrespeitoso e deve haver áreas designadas para fumantes longe dos quartos. Em segundo lugar, os quartos eram bons. Eles estavam superficiais limpos, mas precisam de uma boa limpeza profunda. A máquina de lavar louça estava suja. Os tapetes precisam de uma limpeza profunda, e os quartos estavam com falta de pratos e suprimentos. Usamos o recurso suíte quando reservamos lugares, então é bom ter o suficiente, pratos, potes, panelas, etc, e estava faltando. A única coisa boa sobre este lugar é a proximidade com o Grand Canyon, além de ser horrível. Sugiro reserva em outro lugar em Flagstaff.

This place is crazy overpriced for what you get. I guess the value is all in the location and not the hotel. First of there were regularly people sitting,smoking and drinkingon the stairs up to our room. That’s gross and disrespectful and there should be designated smoking areas away from rooms. Second, the rooms were just okay. They were surface clean, but need a good deep clean.The dishwasher was filthy.The carpets need a deep clean, and the rooms were majorly lacking in dishes and supplies.We do use the suite feature when we book places so it’s nice to have enough, plates, pots pans etc and it was just lacking. The only thing that was good about this place is it’s proximity to the Grand Canyon other than that it was pretty awful. Highly suggest booking somewhere else in Flagstaff.
