“Horrible experience! They will authorize your card of $100 every 2 days as long as they have your card on file. Even if you have checked out like me right now. I went there for a traveling assignment and they were taking so much money from me even though I was paid forward. First week I was there they took $850 from my account. The $345 I had paid for the week and authorized me $497 dollars the very next day, I was sick. I asked the General manager Richard can he released the authorization because I’m in the negative, he’s response was, “sorry there’s nothing we can do about it once it’s authorized only your bank can give it to you not him the merchant that authorized my card. My bank told me that it not true they are the merchant they should be able to release it since they authorized you not charge you. Overall horrible experience and I’m still dealing with them even though I’m out of the state and back home. I checked out Sunday and have been charged of $100 2x since I’ve left. It brought me to the point where I had to dispute the charges and file for a new card to stop them from charging my card even though I’m not there. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.”
